Planning a wedding and wanted classy bags and tissue paper to enhance the wedding favours we are providing to our guests. Previous to ordering with your company we tried other various websites/companies and were disappointed with the quality. We ordered some plain bags and paid extra to have the bags before 10am, so we could fill them and send back out that day. When they hadn't arrived at 10am we asked the company and was told to phone the courier and chase the package down ourselves, eventually receiving the goods at 2.30pm. The courier said they'd been booked for a standard next day, even though we'd paid considerably more for a pre-10am.

On our next bag order, printed with a client logo, the print quality was terrible, with broken text and incomplete prints. It was clear the printer hadn't taken any care when printing and had just rushed them off. After listening to various excuses from the company, we persuaded them to reprint. We received the reprinted bags on the day they had to be re-shipped and found the bags were poorly made, with glue marks on EVERY bag, as well as missing handles, creases and faults. It took 4 people a couple of hours to quality-check and clean excess glue off every bag, to get them out on time.

Consequently, we will not be using this company again. A real shame considering we've used them many times in the past without issues.

Been buying for years & never let me down with stock of any amount & deliveries alway on the nail.
I occasionally cross check the prices on the net but have always been the best that I don't bother now. These last printed one's were just the same, turned them & the screen printing around under really tight deadlines. Keeps my client happy so I'm happy.

Received my bags ordered from artwork I supplied. Print finish is terrible, heavy in some areas and really faint in others. Print size is extremely small so queried. Response was they had sent me a proof that I had approved. Actually they had sent me an email without a proof attached. So, a) I hadn't approved the proof and b) despite three emails asking them to look at the print finish once the order was received, this point has been completely ignored. Apparently, it is not their fault! Difficult to make a formal complaint as just a one-man band! DISGUSTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I made a call to the number on the web site, my call was picked up on first ring and my query resolved in a knowledgeable, professional albeit friendly manner right there and then - very impressed and super happy customer, I needed the order asap, and got it even faster! I would recommend this company to any would be buyers!
