What a great shopping experience.
I have not been to Showcase for a while and was pleasantly surprised.

The staff were all so friendly, helpful and efficient. The organisation was fantastic and they managed to get a lot of people in calmly and in an organised fashion. When the time slot was over everyone had to leave but the paying queue moved fast and in an orderly way.

I also liked the fact that people were not allowed their phones and the limit on items. This allowed everyone to find something they like. Just how a sample sale should be!

I had a very pleasant shopping experience . Nadia and Hannah are both superstars 😊. I came shopping with my daughter , several shop floor staff bent over backwards to help me to get bags to put my shoes in, whilst Nadia kindly offered to hold my little one whilst I tried selected items on. This was my first time at Showcase in awhile and also as a VIP member.

Stock was reasonably priced and also a fabulous selection on offer.

Non existent customer service. I paid for 3 sets (3 items in each set) and 3 other individually products, they sent a set and the 3 individually products. They answered to my first email saying they will quickly look into it and then never answered. I asked for my money back, since I already waited a month for the products, but it's radio silence from their side.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

EDIT: Thank you Hannah, although I did get my money back, the whole experience was terrible. I waited a month for the items, they were presents- which was obviously ruined too, I was charged for all of them and then I needed a week to get an answer from your company. I will not buy from here again.

They sent out the wrong item and when I followed up, it turns out they knowingly did so, because the item I ordered wasn’t available so they just sent out any old item and expected me to be okay with it.
Customer service took no responsibility whatsoever even though these transactions take place through them and it takes days to get a response from them.
I wouldn’t recommend at all, when it seems too good to be true, always proceed with caution. Or, in my case, don’t proceed at all.

The staff are of very high calibre and impressed me with the way they conducted themselves on a very hectic sale day.

They were calm, collected, laughed and joked with me, gave me their welcome opinions on the pieces I was picking up, searched for an item I was desperate for, and served me with due attention and care, even though the place was heaving and the customers were very demanding.

Great service, and I would definitely attend many more sales because of the staffs attitude, as that is what makes a customer return more than anything!

Went to see Elvis and and the staff were very helpful. We had a friend cancel at the last minute and tickets were bought with vouchers but the lady that helped me was topnotch and got me my refund, no question asked. Was a cheap night because I'm an insider member and probably saved close to 20-30quid.

I went to showcase.co sample sale where there sold me an item without a belt on a trailmaster coat plus there was a mix with the price one minute it was £90 next they manually changed it to £125 which I find unacceptable because they should of sold it for what it says on the barcode plus they should sold me faulty goods namely a jacket without a belt….all I’m saying take your time and look at what your buying…I definitely will not be going there again not worth the hassle of being missold faulty goods.

The sale was well organised but my biggest bug bear is having to pay an extortionate fee to get in early and would never be able to get my moneys worth out of it.
I much prefer a first come first in line approach or a more affordable early access fee.

I found out about this place by accident. You have to give in your handbag into the cloakroom which I didn’t like. The sale itself was very good with amazing bargains. Unfortunately one of the jackets I bought smells quite strongly of mould. I guess this is buyer beware It’s taken the shine off my visit!

Belstaff Sample Sale.
We have been served by Ady and he was great, a very good customer service.

Slightly late but Bridget was so helpful and lovely during the Self-Portrait sample sale. She assisted in helping source items I needed for myself that I had missed during my shop. A great asset to the team.

Another great sample sale by showcase! Michelle has been wonderful and super helpful and knowledgeable! She has found me the perfect piece that has been made as if just for me. 😄🙏

I just wanted to give some really positive feedback on and thanks to the Showcase staff. Denise and Michelle were just so amazing and helpful at a recent Reiss sale that I went to. I was with my mum and it was very hot and they went out of their way to help her and make her feel comfortable. It is some of the best customer service we have experienced and we were really grateful. Denise and Michelle are a real credit to Showcase and should be treasured:)
