All I can say is WOW. I have just come from the Belstaff sale, there were some truly great bargains at Showcase in Regent Street St James. Special shoutout to Tali and Denise, who were so helpful. Very impressed as they were a great help and calm amongst the frenzy- thanks guys. I will definitely go back for more discounts when I am next around the area. Abi.

Yesterday I visited your store for the first time, for the Belstaff sale.

I am writing to advise that despite the naturally hectic environment, I was on my own and asked one of your staff near by - Denise for advise.

She spent several minutes with me whilst still dealing with spontaneous enquiries from other shoppers. She gave me good advise on size on a number of items which I duly purchased. She also went looking for items in the stock.

In short, she is a credit to your business. The other staff were all polite and efficient.

I don't mind complaining when things go wrong and happy to send positive feedback too.

Well done. I wish you all well.

I placed an order online in March and they didn’t send the parcel until 10th May. And the item went missing! They ignore my email. They have no contact number. I’m hanging there with a missing item that order was placed more than two months ago. Define avoid shopping. Btw if you want to investigate the case, the ticket number is 31296.

Just returned home from the Regent Street sale!! Bargains galore for the more discerning shopper and a great atmosphere with amazing helpful and totally wonderful staff from the guys in the cloakroom to those on the shop floor, but a special mention has to go out to the fantastic Denise and Fran, these two angels went above and beyond to assist us, they made us feel like we went just shoppers but friends these ladies were professionals without being pushy and totally honest with their opinions, my friend and I left feeling that we had made friends. More like these two ladies please Showcase, we shall definitely return with a larger entourage with deep pockets. Dee

I think pricing labeling could have been handled better at the Hershel sale but aside from that I loved the selection and staff (particularly Chi and Bridget 2)!

Denise + Franny were absolutely wonderful -- there is a really great team here!

Paid £15 for a ticket to the Reformation sample sale. When turning up at allotted time slot there was a huge queue which wrapped all the way round the outside of the building.
After over 30 mins queueing and eventually inside it was chaotic, so busy you couldn't even get to the clothes rails. The queue for the changing cubicles was around 30 people deep, all waiting to try on multiple items, yet there were only 3 cubicles. When trying on a jumper over the top of my clothes in the shopping area I was approached by two separate staff members who were incredibly rude, saying I couldn't try anything on outside of the changing rooms. If this isn't an option then the changing facilities need to be vastly improved.
Really unpleasant, poorly organised shopping experience and a waste of money and time.

Me and my friend really enjoyed the recent Jimmy Choo sample sale! Denise was super friendly and really accommodating, which make our experience really special! Looking forward to coming back soon! Aman

So far my experience ordering from Showcase online for the first time has been terrible. The website should show accurate stock and not allow you to buy something if it’s already sold out. Paid and it got ready to ship only to get the ordered canceled two days after I made it. Now I ordered three other parcels from them and I’m not feeling very confident I’ll get any of them. Will update here what happens with those.

I bought mulberry bags, and belts , 4 items for 1k gbp. felt good. the staff was friendly in assisting with stock and queries. however i felt bit worried what if its not genuine good from mulberry and what if i paid 1k on 1st copy good which i never buy. for that reason i took off 2 stars, otherwise its all very good experience. i will come back n give those stars once i get mulberry confirmation on goods. thanks

Staff so helpful at the Peter Millar Sample Sale. We were both impressed with the savings.
Velda was very efficient with ringing up and packing our many purchases.

Great Sales and super always helpful Michelle was on hand as always to assist me and my daft questions! Thanks Michelle and Showcase. It is pressurised work and yet everyone is always so patient and helpful.

I went to Frame sale few weeks ago and had such great experience thanks to Hannah. She is super helpful and cares about customers. I have been going to SC sample sales from the time they opened and I have always had positive shopping experience. I love it and would recommend it to everyone.

Shopped online at the 111skin event and purchased 3 items, after waiting over a month I was informed that the items are no longer available. More should be done to ensure accurate numbers, as someone who shops at sample sales a lot I don't expect this to happen. Very disappointed and probably won't be shopping with them again.

Yasmin at the Manolo Blahnik sale provided first class service; Yasmin is a valuable member of the team, she knows how to keep customers happy.

I was served by Tyrone at check-out, and he put a smile on my face, after a long tiring day at work. Super friendly, went above and beyond and ended up applying a bigger discount on my item. Well done!
