It was all good. I lot to choose from lovely colours. The only thing I did not like was happened to leave your own handbag away in storage.

Shopped Mulberry Sale. Great venue and not overcrowded. Great selection of stock with great prices. Definitely worth my priority membership. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

This raised concern that this site is fraud.
30 days for delivery are unacceptable for any respectable and trustworthy online shopping platform

As mentioned in our response to your previous review, we make sure to state that delivery can take up to 30 days at checkout, as well as at the top of your order confirmation email – this is to ensure that everyone who makes a purchase is happy to wait this time period for the benefit of the huge discounts. Alongside this, it has only been 2 weeks since the date of your order, this explains why you have not yet received an update from the brand. We can assure you that it is not fraud, it is simply the nature of sample sales.

Shopped at the Yves Delorme sale today…
Shopped at the Yves Delorme sale today and the staff there were just incredible. I was overwhelmed with the sizing and trying to make sets when Laura appeared like and angel. Soft spoken, efficient and so kind. She quickly helped with find sets and get the sizing right. She was just excellent. Then I got distracted by the Sophia Webster shoes that were also on sale and was again helped by the nicest, friendliest and knowledgeable staff. Tia and Sipho helped me patiently with the shoes. I ended up buying 5 pairs and am so incredibly thankful for their help. They also helped me check my huge shopping, check the receipt, pack stuff in bags and help me generally with everything.
Thanks again Laura, Tia and Sipho for making my shopping so fun and stress free. You guys deserve are the best.

Disappointing Service and Communication Experience
My recent experience with Showcase's service and communication was highly disappointing. As a loyal customer of five years, I have always appreciated their quality products and care. However, their handling of a selling me a faulty product without an apology, along with a complete lack of communication, has left me frustrated. I urgently request to to address this lapse in care. I have never experienced such a lack of service from Showcase before. I hope they take prompt action to rectify this situation.

hour to just get in despite prebooking. There was a long and disorganised queue for coats and bags (not sure why they collect coats and bags) and the sizing was all inaccurate. The shop was very crowded, the clothes and shoes had marks on them and the sizing seemed off. Long queues for everything from fitting rooms to billing to collecting your coats back again. I will never go back here.

The Reiss sample sale is very popular and as such, we welcome a high volume of shoppers. We aim to keep wait times as low as possible, and have checked our CCTV footage to confirm that no one waited longer than 15 minutes to enter the sale.
We require that all bags and coats are checked into the cloakroom in order to maintain the security of the event, as well as keeping the shop floor as clear as possible.
The brands we work with size the items themselves during production, however our team in store are always happy to offer any assistance with finding the correct sizes.
Due to the nature of sample sales, whilst the majority of the items we sell are in new condition, some are defected, and as such are heavily discounted.

Reiss charity shop
I am 5'7 size 8 to 10. I literally found nothing nice in any sizes It looked like I has stepped into a charity shop. My husband went the day before he bought few blazers. My friend went later on in day and managed to buy playsuits, dresses and tops. So looks like they don't replace the racks regularly.
