Had an amazing experience with Laura and Jess today. Ordered a lovely pair of brogue , but mistakenly ordered a second pair on check out.

Emailed my issue and it was dealt with promptly within the hour, with refund processed.

Amazing stress free service for an online sale.
I will definitely be using this company again. I was worried that being online order I would be fighting to get my refund.

I would not recommend ordering from this company outside the UK.

In my case, I ordered from Switzerland and the delivery took more than two weeks. I contacted customer support multiple times because there were no updates from the courier and, understandably, I was getting frustrated with the wait. Unfortunately, the only response I received was repeatedly being told to wait. To my surprise, I also had to pay import duties on top of the order.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, particularly regarding the delivery time, lack of tracking updates, and the additional unexpected costs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Easy and good price

I bought a pair of shoes from Shuperb online for my grandson, for school. My daughter had told me he is size 11 but when the size 11s arrived (promptly), they were too big. Shuperb sent me a QR code for a return label. I returned the size 11s and they sent a pair of size 10s which fitted perfectly. I only had to pay for the original delivery and didn't have to pay for the return parcel or the replacement parcel.

Size is bit tight that’s why I change my size on the phone and Laura was super helpful she size and also make my delivery next day for free what a customer service seven stars I am using them for a week super comfortable and looks very nice under suit and best part is price
So if anyone use size 8 like me I would suggest take size 9 like me and real leather shoes will not disappoint you

Everything from the website to delivery was excellent.

The ordering was great, delivery great, unfortunately the product didn't fit me at my calf (I have large calf's)
Return was easy and the follow up was great.
