Really bad
Really bad, you can no longer telephone the branch where you rent a unit. Their frustrating national switch board and unhelpful advisors forced me to have to leave my office and drive to the branch to notify them of a delivery displaying our previous unit number and subsidiary company name. Such a waste of time and fuel.
