The fabric and size were not as indicated. A white fabric was pink, the fabric had a terrible drape. The arrangement for return required international tracked postage paud by us to China rather than the warehouse in Australia that it was sent from.
It has been in customs in China for 60 days so far and no refund!
Their email address no longer exists (permanent).
I put off reviewing to give them the opportunity to address the issue. Now I am contacting businesses that are associated according to Google.

This is exactly the same business operating as Helen and Ruby Melbourne. Poor quality clothing at high prices .. all clothing can be found in Shein for between $8-$10 per item .. how do we stop them ‼️

This is not a legitimate business, it is a SCAM website. There needs to be a mechanism where we can report these obvious AI websites.
There are so many variations of these websites, another one is "SIENNA EVERYDAY", "THE MURRAY FAMILY BRISBANE", "JONES FAMILY MELBOURNE", "SUSAN & MADDIE GOLD COAST", "CARLA-JEWELRY", "MARRAM & FIG", "MILLY & MAE" (I will add more as I discover them). I see a few new ones every week. Look up their websites to familiarise yourselves with the look of AI websites, they are easy to spot once you know what you're looking for.

Terrible quality of product. No brand, no size, cheap material. Totally different the photo.

Their easy return means: return on customer expenses to warehouse in China to get refund.

My product stucked in custom in China. I still haven't got my refund ($99), and possibly lost money on postage ($40).

Stay away from the website.

They are a ghostshop shipping from e warehouse in China.
product is very poor in size and quality and if you want to return then they want you to pay shipment to Guangzhou and even then the report back is they still dont reimburse.
Take care and buyer beware.

Clothing is very poor quality and totally different from what is advertised. Customer service is non existent
Item i ordered was described as chocolate brown but it was orange and they said it was a slight colour difference due to lighting

What is going on .. Where is the refund promised as the product was returned over 6 weeks ago at my expense.. SOLD via a Sydney website but turns out a Chineese sweatshop full of dopey clowns... Now not replying 😒 to any form of communication... Don't steal from customers on a scamming platform...Poorly produced product didn't match description..Another Temu product like all junk from chyna...china

Huge disappointment. Sienna Sydney advertises elegant pieces, but what I received was a cheap jogging set in the wrong color. The fabric feels awful and it looks nothing like the photos online. You definitely cannot wear this to a party or event. Completely misleading quality and misrepresentation. Would not recommend.

Should be an option for ZERO stars

Dishonest website, great photos and send you a completely different item with the poorest quality. Then rather than a refund, they request to pay for your international shipping to return.

Dress is nothing like the picture and neither is the belt, sizing is huge, fabrics not as described.,cheap and nasty looking dress would not wear this rubbish, also not a Sydney company at all. Do NOT Buy from this company, paid $99 for rubbish

DO NOT deal with this company. Goods received are nothing like advertised. Wrong colour, sizing, material. Absolute rubbish. Website says returns are free if goods not as advertised. NOT TRUE
