I paid $90 and haven't received the dress, stating it was delivered - scammed I think. I just noticed a dress I purchased off Shein was in the mix and it was a shocking, nothing like I ordered. I have sent emails but no reply so do not buy anything off this website or others that have dual names. I have noticed a few popping up that have lovely clothing but do your homework first prior to purchasing. I think I have lost my money!

Never ever buy from these guys, I ordered a wildflower jumpsuit which was $69.95 and I was ripped off! Firstly it took 30 days to arrive(from China, not Brisbane) and it was nothing like the advertised picture. Instead of linen, it was the crappiest quality polyester which would have cost 50cents to make, and taken 2minutes to sew...very disappointing. I rarely order anything online and always use due diligence in verifying the business, however this time the scam warnings came after I'd already purchased,so now I'm worried about my credit card details(so far, so good). Vally&Rose are NOT Australian, and you definitely don't get what you see, so a classic case of false advertising. I sent an email to enquire about why the order was taking over 2 weeks to arrive and I got no response, plus there is no provision enabling customer reviews on their website. This is a SCAM....BEWARE..!!!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DESPITE MY EMAILS THEY NEVER ANSWERED, ONLY WHEN PAYPAL GOT INVOLVED THEY ACTED. GOODS LOOKS FANTASTIC ON THEIR WEB HOWEVER QUALITY IS POOR, TERRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST.

Quality of fabric nothing like photos. Absolutely terrible. Response to emails come however all broken promises. No refund has come through as promised. Emails received in foreign language, and although I have requested in English, I am still waiting. Warning - I feel I have been scammed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Very very slow delivery. Promised 8-1: working days. Took over a month. Product quality on my purchase was extremely poor. The product looks nothing like that advertised online. I will have to donate it to the op shop. Would NOT purchase from them again.

The fabric is the cheapest polyester you can have and they were made so badly, shape, size and sewing was terrible. Now want to return for refund but am not hearing back from them after sending 2 emails. ONE BIG SCAM

Scam. Purchased a dress from this store claiming to be located in Brisbane Australia. The dress never arrived, they don’t respond. Had to lodge a dispute with PayPal for refund.

The dress I ordered was very poor quality and the dress was basically a sack with large rose type flowers half glued on.

Upon trying to return the item they continualy avoided sending the return address so I could get a full refund. They did offer a 30% refund and return is not necessary. So on every sale of an item the company is still taking 70% of what you paid.

When Paypal did get a return address from them the company was in the Netherlands and it was a nursery not as they state in the return emails that it is in China

Do not buy anything from them. The company is not two sisters that live in Brisbane as advertised on the website

Terrible, what a scam. Website claims to be Australian shop on East Coast, but the clothing is sent from China looking nothing like the pictures, poor quality, crazy sizing, unwearable. No response to requests for refund. Learn from my mistake! Avoid!

SCAM AI Website - Beware, Many Others!

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Look out for: AI generated photos and videos, heavily discounted clothing, low stock alerts, "Sale Ending Today", heads of models cut off. Do reverse photo searches, you'll find a lot of the clothing comes from Shein. Where they show a brick and mortar shop, you can also try emailing them to ask where their boutique is located, you will either not receive a reply or the email will bounce back.

This is such a dodgy company. You cannot actually return items. They take weeks to arrive. Email communication is not with a human. Sizing is irregular. Do not use them!!

This company’s information is misleading from the start! It shows on their website that they are a Brisbane company started by two sisters, quality clothing etc… The reviews on the website are unchanged from when I logged in the first time. Some of the reviews said they are very pleased with the prompt delivery. I ordered thinking I would have the garments by the weeks end. However, the shipping information I was provided with did. Not update at all in the three weeks I was awaiting delivery, marked pending on their website and Australia Post tracking.
I am still awaiting delivery, and now I find out the clothes are coming from a warehouse in China. I can’t vouch for the quality of the fabric and sizing yet, but in my past experience with other companies based in China, the quality will more than likely be suboptimal and probably won’t fit me.
I’ve expressed my displeasure to them and I’m waiting on refunds (I’ve probably been overcharged for the ordered items as I’ve since found the same dress, same photo, on other ‘Chinese’ based “companies” for a fraction of the price I paid)!!!
I won’t be accepting the parcels, when and if they arrive. I’ve expressed

Customers have reported receiving cheap, poor-quality clothing shipped from China, items not matching the advertised photos, and difficulties obtaining refunds. I also couldn't verify that this is a genuine Brisbane boutique. It took 3 weeks to arrive and was in cheap Chinese plastic packaging - not the quality I was expecting! Please do your research before purchasing!

Do not buy from this company cheap quality dress came with dirty marks on it. Going to try and get a refund but reading reviews I will be lucky if I get 30% back 😡

Bad quality and beware page says Brisbane but is China if you want to return it will cost you as much as the item. Instead they will offer you 30% of what you paid not to return it. I paid $85 for a dress and they want to give me $27 refund stay away from this company

Disappointing from start to finish. Scam site for sure.
The clothing I received was cheap polyester, poorly made, and heavily overpriced for the quality. The products bore little resemblance to what was portrayed online.
To make matters worse, I was told it would cost $35 to return the items, making the returns process difficult and expensive.
I was completely misled by this purchase and would not buy from this company again. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Poor quality clothing. Refused to pay the expensive postage to return to China. Offered a 30% refund and keep the item purchased. It will go straight in the bin.

I would not give even one star. It is a complete scam. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to arrive which already was suspicious. The boutique is not based in Brisbane but the clothes came somewhere from Chine. The quality is bad, not cotton at all and the finish looks like home made clothes. I could probably make it myself and it would look similar.
Do not let them scam you !!!!!

Buyer beware
They advertise themselves as a family company from Brisbane wanting to help ladies look nice using their tops.
The package came from China and took ages to come.
The tops were nothing like the picture and video on Facebook. The designs are similar, but the pleating is so much more than on.the design and it makes the top stick out like a lampshade. They are also not as long as they seem, and the pockets are back too far.
I have also found a new company in Melbourne, Audrey, who is a new company advertising the exact same top. I have pictures.
The price for both companies is the same, with the same discount. And the same process applies for ordering more tops, when I was doing my investigation.
