We purchased a device for my elderly mother to try. She didn't get on with it and the return and refund service was smooth and efficient. We were kept informed at every stage and received the refund very quickly.

This was disappointing for me. As someone who works in education and needs text to type software this was recommended to me. Some research later I made the decision to buy it (paying for it myself). Having paid I awaited my download link, only to be sent an e-mail saying the price was incorrect on the website and that I needed to pay more money (which was doubling the cost) or receive a refund. I was under the impression that if a company advertised a product at a certain cost then the onus was on them to sell it at that price, no expect the buyer to pay extra.
On the plus side the money was returned to my account very quickly and I remain on the hunt for suitable software to use other than the dictate function on Word.

The item was available at a great price (mobile phone), however when it arrived the box was not sealed. This made us think it had perhaps been a return. The item is needed urgently so the person has decided to take it and try it rather than go through the bother of sending it back. The order was also sent to us (sight loss charity) rather than directly to the recipient as requested, so this created extra work for us in having to arrange for the recipient to collect the order.

Getting used to using the new smart cane 2 product to assist my day to day life with my disability.

It was all easy to purchase. Would've been nice if the order was processed and link to the download was quicker as our employee needed it sooner than when it was eventually emailed to me.

This company‘s website is extremely inaccessible, considering it’s specialises in products for disabled people.
Part of the problem, is that it was developed by people who actually have no idea about accessibility or accessibility needs. The company focus is purely on making money. Also, the overall design of the website hasn’t been updated in years. AA completely redesigned website taking into account the latest accessibility technique for Web building would be the way forward in the future.

I chose to upgrade my laptop and I am very happy with the help I received from the team. The emails were clear, responses fast and I received excellent support. Thank you very much!
