I have been a loyal international sigma customer for many years, purchased many things from them and I wait months every year for their world wide free shipping events, as this is the only way I can avoid the exorbitant international shipping fee. In a all the years I have purchased from them NEVER before have I been charged past what I paid from my purchase on the site. So imagine my shock and anger after receiving a call telling me that not only will I have to pay again, the amount is more than DOUBLE what I would have paid for expediated shipping. When I contacted their customer services, they gave me a rote run around that this was their policy and that it was a duty fee, etc, etc. If this is the case, why was this the FIRST time this has happened in the FOUR years I have been a customer. Had I known from the first purchase years ago that this is what would happen, I would never again have purchased from them.
What was the point of me waiting for their free ww shipping event??? The whole reason I would anxiously wait is so I can enjoy some savings on products I love. What would be the point of me waiting for ANY of their sales event, EVER? To say I am upset is an understatement. I have always loved Sigma products, and can't count the number of times I have recommended them to my friends, but this is it for me. I will not be purchasing anymore Sigma products, if whatever deal /sale I want to enjoy will not only be negated by shipping, but actually cost me more in the end. I also will stop recommending their products.

I only wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase!this purchase was a complete nightmare!! I contacted them because my F40 brush arrived with a huge hole/divet in it I had to argue w them about the hole being there because they wouldn't accelt it even after many pics. Finally they sent a replacement. The replacement arrived exactly the same. I had to contact them again they then stated that I would have to send back old defective brushes and pay for it myself I informed them that I had thrown away brush. they said it was OK but still wanted the other brush I ask them what other option there was because I don't feel that I should be responsible for sending back an item that they sent me that was defective. She informed me that she could send me a replacement and I asked what if the replacement arrived the same and I reminded her that to items were also missing from my order. She stated that she would go into the office May 18th when the office is open and that she would then make sure to check the brush herself and then she would also be adding a Mini brush set I asked her if she could see if it would be possible to add the missing brushes in/if those could be possibly one of the mini brushes included in the set. She stated that she would look into that as well personaly. She stated that if these brushes were unavailable and if there was indeed more holes in the other f40s that she would contact me and she also stated that id be hearing back either way she would contact me so that I could make a proper decision on how I wanted to continue to move forward. May 20th I had never received an email never received any kind of message or call from the company. I had to contact them now for a 4th time. I then sent them a copy of the conversation in which jasmine States that she would contact me back and I included that I was worried and that I had not heard from her and was wondering what was going on and if they were able to ever find the brushes and I was wondering if they do have holes ect. After this she came back and told me that jasmine sent me my replacement brushes the same day I contacted!! she sent me brushes without contacting me to ask me if this is what I wanted she also lied about contacting me 1st to let me know the condition of the brush to make sure that it was satisfactory and she also lied about going into the office to check on this herself. She just went & Reshipped them without any type of care at all after our convo ended! I am seriously shocked that this company operates this way. For one thing if you're going to send an item to a customer that arrives defective it is never ever the customers fault or responsibility to have to send this item back. 2nd its unethical to lie to a customer and unlawful to coerce them into making purchases and decisions. I was coerced into making this decision I was coerced into waiting for an outcome and waiting for somebody to contact me with that outcome when they obviously had no intention of doing so. When I spoke to Jasmine's boss whose name is Beth she said that she couldn't do anything about it without talking to jasmine. She Immediately took jasmine side and would not help me at all I asked her to please review the messages and she would only refer to certain messages that were very unhelpful. Beth continued to be unhelpful and to argue with me and forced me to re explain the situation dozens of times an why it was wrong. The chat lasted an hour. I had to explain it over and over again until she stated "what to u want me to do about it." I was shocked. I said I wanted the ?s answered about the hole na the minis as promised. She fell silent. So I said I wanted a refund. DURING our conversation this is when I received track for the brushes! Not on 14th.which they promptly canceled after our convo that's how hard up they are!! They went out of their way to contact usps to change the address back to theirs! I still haven't gotten a refund email as promised! Nothing! UPDATE: No confirmation so my case is still unsolved. No refund ever recieved. Never shopping here again.

I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. Keep your lies and dishonest apologies.

If i could give a 0 star I would. They provide no insurance on packages shopp if anything happens they are relentlessly saying they are not refunding or replacing. Absolutely terrible customer service. The result is no difference in these brushes anas at these prices just buy MAC or high end.

SigmaBeauty charges extra, unexplained fees
Made an order that was over 150$ so the shipping/handling were free. When I went to pick up the package at the local post office, I had to pay an extra 32$ to receive my package.
Sigma is telling me that the fees are duties/taxes and they are not responsible for that. OK, so I checked with the post office and they are saying the fees are NOT duties/taxes and the amount was requested by the sender and the money was transfered to them the next day. So I emailed Sigma again to let them know that they have made a mistake and to give me a refund on some unexplained charges (with an email proof that the fees are not duties/taxes). They keep copying and pasting that "As stated on our website, Sigma is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.", totally ignoring the fact that the fees are not customs/taxes or duties.

Rigtig godt!
Jeg har to gange handlet på sigmabeauty.com og jeg har været rigtig glad for mine køb. De kom i ordenlig stand og var pakket rigtig flot og der medfulgte folder med behjælpelig info om produkterne. Det eneste der kan kritiseres er at leveringstiden er lidt lang efter min mening (omkring 10 dage), men det kommer jo helt fra USA kan man så sige. Produkterne er også ventetiden værd!
