Very good advice, very patient, and a very good selection. I have been looking for cycling shoes for years because I have very difficult feet, but they have so many different options to try on that I eventually found a pair that I needed.

There had been some errors at the initial order and some with delivery. However, after Jason picked this up following my concerns, I received my orders quickly. If it wasn’t for Jason the star rating would have been very low. Thank you Jason for all your support.

I had a tyre problem on a ride, with carcass splitting but holding air. Sigma had the tyre in stock, on sale and were able to fit within minutes and I could go catch up the rest of my group. Great service, great pricing, very happy and had a great ride.

website suggested the order would be ready to collect a day earlier, but did make it clear not to set off before notified of arrival so no biggie. Great range on offer, super helpful staff, in-store bike parking with locks.

1st class service & communication

Had a bike fit with Salvatore to determine the correct size and fit for a TT bike I wanted the order: it was clear he was highly knowledgeable and invested throughout in ensuring I obtained the best fit for my requirements. I ordered the bike on the day (with its specification adjusted as per Salvatore's suggestions) and returned two weeks later to pick it up, when Salvatore ensured that the bike was set up in accordance with his measurements.

I've now competed on the purchased bike and, without doubt, the bike fit was worth every penny: the ride is so comfortable and stable that I can now concentrate on pushing my performance instead of enduring the discomfort I'd felt on my previous bike. As such, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sigma Sport's bike fit service.
