I am very pleased with my purchase riding to Scotland this week and it is performing well

Excellent gear & delivery + online usage of the cycle to work voucher was very convenient. But slightly disappointed by the bike build and change of products from what stated and shown as being included on the website.

The build was slightly disappointing, as it came with the checked certificate, but I had to reposition the disc brakes upon setup.

Then the mismatch between order & delivery was the change in tyres. I understand that manufacturers can change products and product availability varies, but then tell me! Don't just sit on it and wait for a disappointed and confused customer!
An alternative product that matches the aesthetic - rather than the new manufacturers product that would essentially be the same spec, but with a different aesthetic - would have been a very nice proactive ask to have received, and i think for the sake of ~£10/tyre, not particularly tasking.

Eddie gave us a great explanation of the all the options for replacing our tyres for our planned bikepacking ride (1000 miles). We could not have had better service.

I had a bike fit with Salvatore and he was absolutely excellent. He took plenty of time to understand the issues I've been experiencing and what I wanted to achieve through the bike fit. He was super knowledgeable and since making the changes I have felt a huge difference in terms of both comfort and performance on the bike. Many thanks!

He also showed me how to use a tool I'd bought but couldn't quite figure out, and he gave me tips on sleeping for a pending 600km ride this weekend (which I was worried I wouldn't be able to do). Purchasing shoes which I couldn't do online as needed to try on. Therefore visited store in Hampton Wick & seen by Mark who was extremely helpful. Tried on several makes & sizes, then went away to consider options as they did not have the full range of colours in stock there. Ordered online & received within a few days. Very pleased with purchase & experience.

Customer service was excellent. Mathew made me feel comfortable, offered detailed advice and was through during the bike fit when I was collecting my new road bike.

Salvo was excellent!

I have a very good understanding of bike fits or so I thought and Salvo explained things to me in such a way it really opened my eyes and made a lot of sense.

In the end I could really feel the power difference in my pedalling and far more comfortable in my on bike condition.

I would highly recommend going to see him if you want to maximise your efficiency and comfort on the bike.
