Great service friendly staff as always

Graeme made buying my first road bike an absolute dream. The level of care and attention he went through when explaining all the different components to me, talking me through the basics (as a beginner) without being patronising is such a skill. He was genuinely helpful, I felt like he cared about my experience and was easy to talk to.

I bought a Restrap Bar Bag. The instructions for fitting it via Restrap’s video were not clear and it seemed as though the product had been constructed wrongly. Sigma Online Customer Services went back to Restrap quickly and found a different video that clarified the issue fully.

At the same time, I had gone back to Hampton Wick and one of the staff there sorted it out by reference to a different Restrap product that was in stock.

Basically, the straps were the wrong way round and needed to be realigned. Easy once you know but not when you don’t. Service from Sigma both online and in person was excellent.

I love Sigma Sports and have consistently good experiences there, either in person or online. They have a great range of good quality products, and all their staff are keen, knowledgeable cyclists who are as happy to chew the fat as they are to advise you on a new helmet or a chainring.
An excellent company from whom many others could learn a thing or two about how to perform in the modern retail era.
