Many thanks to Eddy in the workshop department of Sigma Sports (Hampton Wick branch). He explained very clearly the components and technique required to fit tubeless tyres to my road bike.

Product arrived on time

Excellent, called the store to confirm they had the product before ordering, which they did, received next day. Garmin Cirqa, out of stock everywhere else.

Just one day after my online order with no money paid, I can collect my order at Hampton Wick shop. The sales (I guess his name is William as printed on the e-receipt) provide a very nice and professional services on my fitting. The whole buying experience is very good in Sigma Sports which I highly recommend.

II had trouble logging in to my account but the very helpful gentleman at Hampton wick branch suggested a couple of solutions which solved the problem and then advised me as to delivery options
Items arrived where I wanted them in perfect condition

Marc Tidon was amazing, really! The knowledge and comfort gained by talking through what I was struggling with and finding solutions was outstanding. No selling just super insightful, patient and helpful. I’d driven all the way from Hackney and this place is worth the effort, they have tons of stock but so does the internet - the difference here is to have someone who knows help you get what you need, ensure it’s compatible and fits and that person will take the time with you across a variety of depts (shoes, tyres, bags) and be able to advise on it all. That’s why you come! Thank you!

Too expensive. Took my bike in for a service and felt like I was being "upsold" all the time. I dreaded every call throughout the day because it was a "gonna need another £100 to do that" conversation. This is the second (and last) time I will go, as this is what happened the first time around. Shame.

Excellent bicycle buying experience.

I purchased a new gravel bike using Cycle to work and Graeme and Jonathan made the whole process great. Graeme was fantastic during an initial test fit on the reserved bike to dealing with the voucher when on holiday, getting the details nailed for pickup.

Jonathan was on hand for the pickup, and we confirmed the fit, went through all the setup details and SRAM user info.

Both are genuine enthusiasts, not just trying to force products on you and it made for a really good all round experience.

The whole process was 10x better than just buying on line and well worth the time to go into store.

Had my first ever bike fit with Salvo at Sigma Sport. Helpful, and informative.

Able to clearly explain reasons for the setup change/modification. Got a thorough explanation about body mechanics and problems with my existing fit.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike fit.
