Sigma Sports - Hampton Wick Reviews 

The bike was serviced at Hampton Wick and I got a message to collect which I then confirmed I’d swing by on a Saturday. Imagine my surprise when, on arriving at the store, I was told my bike had unexpectedly been shipped back to Grantham!

As you can imagine I wasn’t overly impressed.

The bike was eventually returned to Hampton Wick a few days later.

I have given a four star review as the asst manager (who’s name I didn’t get) knocked £35 off the bill!

I was anxious when collecting in store my online order as I needed to cancel half the items as I found after ordering they were not compatible with my bike.
I need not have worried as nothing was to much for the staff to sort my order out.

Stop using Royal Mail, they are awful. 10 days, still no delivery. It's a £50 helmet and they refuse to deliver without a signature.

I must admit for the first time I was disappointed with Sigma's service recently. In March I was having problems with the gear changing and took my bike to Sigma. To their credit they did spot that the steerer tube was cracked that could have caused a major problem for me. This was replaced under Trek guarantee and I paid £509.04 for a full service. On the first ride since the service, during an Audax in late March, a spoke broke on the rear wheel and I took the bike back to Sigma. I paid £52.50 to replace this. However on my next club run there was a noise from the rear wheel and I noticed that the rear wheel was loose and the spokes were not tensioned correctly. I tightened the wheel and returned to Sigma. The excellent man on Sigma's service reception noticed that: (1) The rear wheel spokes were not tensioned correctly. (2) The gear shifters were not working correctly. (3) The rear cassette was loose and moving from side to side. All this should have been fixed during the very expensive service. Sigma then took the bike back and fixed everything to a good standard. All seems ok now.

Sigma understand what is required and respond accurately and immediately.

Great, fast service. Even held onto one of my purchases that didnt fit into my backpack on the ride home so I could collect it the next day.

They say you can’t buy happiness but you can buy a bike. Purchased my dream bike (an Sworks Tarmac SL8) from the London store using their jig to assess my geometry for the new bike. James was very helpful throughout the whole fit process and took a long time with me to make sure all the parts I needed to replace on the new bike were just right. The only minor point I would note is that some of the measurements on the jig weren’t quite correct with the new bike but it didn’t matter in the end since the real dimensions were an improvement on the estimates of the jig. All in all, would 100% recommend. Also got the bike at a great sale price deal!

I firstly phoned sigma sports as I had some Questions. The phone was answered promptly in a professional manner , all my questions were answered and went onto the websit and placed a order which was sent and I received in good condition .

Great advice & got to try new helmet styles in store beforehand and then ordered online for delivery due to limited variants in store. Arrived promptly in good condition. Using my new purchase, which is good!
