I have used Signature Funding Solutions for a few property refinance deals now. But nothing compares to the experience I had with my last deal. The refinance turned out to be a right circus, all because of other third parties involved. But! Dean and his team at Signature were worth their weight in GOLD. Not only was I hitting setback after setback, the team at Signature went well out of their way to make sure every possible angle was covered to help me get this deal over the line.
