Even though you update your credit card on their portal , they still don't bill you and send out no notifications until you're five months behind. Then Send out an email after hours that they're
Stalling your service until payment is made. Causing you to miss valuable emergency calls as an emergency after our service. I had updated the credit and spoke to somebody still to no avail. Emergency calls would be on hold upward fifteen minutes or longer... Constant complaints from companies calling me about how long they were onhold some Hang up and just call my cell phone as the owner. This call service was in place to stop that so I could spend time with my family as i've grown. Needless to say this is my last week with this company.

This company will MISLEAD you
This company will MISLEAD you. Do NOT fall for it. They try really hard to pursue you in the beginning to lock down their sale and as soon as they lock you down, they DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, TAKES FOREVER TO GET A SIMPLE RESPONSE BACK, SUPPORT TEAM SUCKS, NOT TO MENTION THE MANAGER WE WERE ASSISNGED TO IS NO HELP EITHER! And all the information they gave us in the beginning was a complete LIE. It sucks because I am the only person answering phone calls in the office right now and needed that extra support that they said they would offer. None of my phone calls were being forwarded to their team. And when I called my account manager, she changed the entire story of how their company works. Tamiko and Jeremy, shame on you. Time is of the essence, so save yours and do NOT hire this company.

Customer service rep Tyree was very professional and made sure the problem was fixed.
He also checked the portal to make sure everything was ok.
This is a very good answering service if you need one.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Took $520 from me for zero calls they took within a week of my mother's death and completely refused to refund any of it. That money was for my mother's funeral expenses. They are just awful. Save yourself the headache and stay away
Signpost is petty and retains customer info
We have been working with signpost for about a year. four months ago we found out that you cannot ever delete a contact. This is a problem because we are a business that has tremendous value in our customer list. We asked signpost to help us by creating a way for us to delete contacts. They were unwilling to do this. As a result, we attempted to cancel. They would not let us. We had to wait for 10 days for an appointment with the right person to cancel with. When we finally did speak with Tyler, he said that we would need to pay for another month because we had not cancelled early enough. This is insulting and shows how poor their customer service is. Do not give them you customer information. You will lose it forever!!

Criminal!!! Avoid!!! You will absolutely regret dealing with this company. Their product does not work and their billing practices are sneaky and deceptive. I tried to converse with them, but they don’t discuss - they merely tell you how to cancel. It’s laughable!!!
I have instituted a lawsuit against them. Please avoid them - I should have and I regret it.

Absolute worst customer service
Absolute worst customer service! Do NOT use this company. They have no one to ever help you in case your business has an emergency!
Horrible experience and poor strategies.
Before starting with Signpost our Google rating was 4.7. A few after working with Signpost we are now 4.3. This is due to their very ineffectual strategy to try and secure reviews. They suggested a blanket one-size-fits-all strategy to reach out to all of our more than 5k contacts. I expressed concern about this strategy knowing that people are more motivated to submit a negative review (even if they were a slightly unhappy) than to write a positive review (even if they were ecstatic). One particular Signpost employee talked me into it. I regret the decision to both hire Signpost and to be convinced to by them to employee a very poor strategy. After having fired them I realize that are either free or very inexpensive alternate options to do the same thing such as Mailchimp and Manychat. Also, if there's an issue (even if it's urgent) you have to wait several days just to talk to someone. Horrible experience with this company.

I just tried cancelling
I just tried cancelling, and I can't just click a button to cancel, I have to schedule an appointment, and then they tried telling me I had to pay for an extra month because I didn't give 30 days notice? 30 days notice, to cancel an online service? Yeah, that's a complete scam. You don't legally have to pay for a month of service you don't want, even if you tell them the day before a billing cycle, and them trying to steal your last $200 before you leave is shady as hell. Stay away from these people.

Started out as an OK service . . . but then . . .
Started out as an OK service, although be careful: they will claim THEY got you a good review, when in fact, the review came from your own customer request. The WORST part of Signpost is that afterpaying them for a one-year contract, they keep billing over and over again. I told them in writing umpteen times I was not renewing, but they ignore it and keep on billing. They are, in hindsight now, a terrible company when it comes to customer service.

Hiring Signpost is like hiring another employee just to keep in touch with our past customers to ensure each one is still satisfied with our service. What a priceless tool for small business. I can't recommend Signpost enough if you value online reviews! If a client is not completely satisfied, we can circle back and contact them to ensure they know we value their concerns and will strive to improve our service in any way possible. If a client is absolutely pleased with our service, Signpost puts them directly in front of Google and similar platforms with a single click to share their satisfaction with others considering our business. I have to say, Signpost has become a priceless employee at our company and one of our greatest investments! We continually recommend them to our clients who also own small businesses.

This service was a horrible waist of…
This service was a horrible waist of money. They made me prepay for a year thanks I sucked it up even through the pandemic. I canceled with them three weeks before the end of my contracted time. Did there stupid cancelation appointment hoop they require and then was still charged an additional full month. When I called in and inquired they coldly told me that I didn’t give a full 30 day notice and would have to pay for a full additional month. I explained to them that my company is suffering and we are months away from going out of business pleading with them to do the right thing and reverse the charge. They guy on the phone simply said, “it’s our policy, there is nothing that can be done”. This is heartless. Don’t do business with this company, it has no integrity!

Interesting Service/Unprofessional Salesperson
Signpost seems like it offers a pretty solid streamlined system for various businesses to capture customer data (quite impressively through various APIs and integrations) and I really did like what I saw in their demo of the interface and also the way they seamlessly follow up with customers. However during the SignPost demo the representative kept trashing BirdEye and made a comment that other reputation management platforms will take your google and yelp reviews with them when you cancel and when I called her out and asked her how that would even be possible when it's customers using their own accounts to leave reviews she got choked up and suggested we just move on and agree to disagree. I felt that they could have made a sale today if she didn't try and make a sale based on a false possibility such as BirdEye being able to remove Google Reviews you received while on their platform. Do you think as a marketing manager I'm technically illiterate? Come on. That 100% ruined it for us, sorry to say. Also they do a demo that consists of slideshows (not a live demo, they don't have a demo account to show you) and then at the end demand $3,999 a year up front with no trial period, no cancellation period and no satisfaction guarantee. To me that's a HUGE red flag.
