Had a great experience with Signpost. They boosted our reviews on Yelp and Google with active and simple solicitation to our customers. The integration of their product with existing platforms such as Quickbooks and Constant Contact was user-friendly. Lastly, their customer service was informative and courteous.

Excellent company! Colby and Chris have been great with prompt follow-up. Their reputation management is top of the line. Well worth the $$ spent doing their Google Adwords management option. Highly recommend Signpost if you're a solo practitioner/small business owner. They're awesome!

As a small business owner there is so much to pay attention to that doesn't include what you ACTUALLY provide as a service. Signpost is brilliant with their help they provide. It is like have an additional department in your business you can ring when you are in the weeds and there they are quickly with all the answers. They seamlessly provide you help and support while organizing you and helping you reach out to past clients, maintain current clients, and reach forward for new business. Signpost works as advertised. I highly recommend them if you are looking to establish your presence online as a new business or one that is new to the concept of reputation management. An honest system with no solicitation required on your part. We netted 83 Google reviews and 17 Yelp reviews in a little over 12 months time. 10 of our Google reviews were received within 60 days from our time of opening.

Signpost and the team have done a great job for our business. The staff is super helpful and the product continues to evolve to be even more beneficial. We signed with them a little over a year ago and went from reviews in the single digits to nearly 70. Highly recommended!
