Let me start off with this. I never leave reviews
But If I could give them negative stars I would. I’ve been fighting with them for almost two years. I purchased over $200 worth of products. I even bought shipping protection. My products never came. I reached out to try to get a refund or have them resend the order, I even offered to pay for shipping again. They told me that and I’ll quote.

“Dear customer,
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We recommend that you contact USPS and ask a compensation.”

Oh and here’s a good one

“The customer will be responsible for the loss. There is no return and re-delivery service. We suggest the customer try to consult the service provider to pick it up”

Remember, I paid the extra money for Shipping protection

They are a scam of a company. Nothing but a bunch of thieves. I will actively go out of my way to drag their name through the dirt from this point on

I love the selection, I believe almost anyone could find something they could enjoy.

Why do so many people get to rate sites before they even receive their merchandise??? Ridiculous

I like the shirt material as far as the context done all of them goes. And it wasn't a hassle to order at all

They sent me a completely different product from what I ordered after 21 days of waiting. When I reached out, they told me to be happy with what I got or give it to a friend. When I said that was unacceptable, they offered 10% off the next order if I returned the wrong item (paying for shipping myself of course). When I refused and insisted on them sending the correct item, they claimed it was sold out. It was available on their website in every size. All correspondence was in very broken English.

The cost of these items seems high, but, if the quality is also high it will be worth it. I would like to see more options for the prints, as of now there's no options for t-shirts on a few of the prints that I would like to order.

For ref, I am an 86kg, just under 6ft, 33waist male. The sizing is appalling. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts in medium. The liners do not fit snug and are loose as anything. The actual shorts are huge in comparison also. I also ordered a hoody in L, what eventually arrived was poor quality at best. The hood is see through, the material is so thin. The arms are wayyy too short, the cuffs are above watch height on my arms.
Above that, despite all items being in stock at time of ordering, the items took around a month to arrive. They are from China so that goes without saying as well. Dont have any faith in this company, their product is terrible and delivery worse. You wont get an order number to track either, if you want that, you will have to email the company, so you can get a link to watch your items sat in various airports and depots for days on end. I want a full refund, these products would have cost you pennies to make. I will make this opinion heard on social media also.

I didn’t realize that my order wouldn’t even ship for 15-25 business days. I never would’ve ordered

Order was placed, got half my order and was told I'd receive the other items at a later date. Some weeks passed, then I got an apology email stating that there was a ware house issue and that my goods were sent. A week later I got another email saying that they had just shipped my items. Then a week after that another email apologised again and confirmed the items had once more been shipped. I've not received my items and they won't give me my refund. Looks like the fraud squad will be getting a call soon.
I've been in contact with you several times and produced this information for you several times only to be met with the same series of contradictory automated emails in response.

Ich habe drei Shorts bestellt. Es wurde eine geliefert. Dazu noch ein T-Shirt und ein Cap. Verkäufer zeigt sich trotz mehrfacher Hinweise uneinsichtig. Lediglich eine sehr geringe Rückzahlung wurde angeboten. Grenzt an Betrug.

I ordered 5 shirts like a month ago. They were supposed to be just after Father’s Day. I just received 2 which is fine but there is NO information on the rest of my order. I spent $100 on shirts and to have no information is ridiculous!

The order was correct and everything was good until the return process. Non existent. Didn’t respond. And then after 30 return warranty they wouldn’t honor it. It took 13 days to get a response. And by the time they responded again, it had been 21 days. Sad experience.

Really cool shirts! Will buy more
