What a SCAM!! Sent wrong size and refuse to refund money. Tell me to wear it as larger sizes are more comfortable! Also, referred to me as "dear"

Complete scam. Paid for items then they "couldn't find the order" and refused to send a refund. They aren't a real company. Will only steal your money.

I order 3 pants and a shirt, they got shipped off in 2 different shipments. I received a tracking number and a canada post tracking number. All the tracking numbers show the parcels were delivered but I have not received anything.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered 5 pairs of shorts that were way too big. I’ve emailed them several times to exchange them and no one has responded back on where to send them or the refund process. Now I’m stuck with 5 pairs of shorts that I can’t wear.

I had ordered 2 pairs of shorts, never got an email or tracking, no one from the website will respond. Now the website says I'm blocked.

Absolute garbage website. Never got tracking info, never got my order. I gave them over a month to get it to me. Had to go through paypal to get a refund. These jokers are downright criminal. Whatever you do, don't make the same mistake I did and order from this obviously fraudulent website.

It’s was great simple website use and easy to navigate. Shipping wasn’t to bad all and all it was good

Placed an order, did not recieve a tracking order or anything. Was charged for it though.

Shorts got to me on time and look just like they did on the website. They are soft and comfy perfect for lounging and working out

I absolutely love the design of the shorts and the shirt I have ordered. I would have liked to have a dri-fit option for the shirts. Overall I enjoy the shorts and shirt.

This is the second order I made to Siirigo.
The first one had one error in one tshirt, and after many many emails trying to fool me with discounts, finally they paid for it

This second order was totally an error, all the tshirts were over sized, much more of the first order, much more of their size chart, I proved that to them but they ignore you, or they send 'copy pasted' emails.

The best thing you can do is to call your credit card issuer and ask them to get the money back because of fraud, and they will deal with them.
I am done with sending them emails to get ignored

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They use great marketing but they’re 100% a scam. I really wish I would’ve checked this “company’s” reviews before trusting them with my money. STAY FAR AWAY!

great news thankfully now I have received a lot of replies and updates since the emails and reviews. Thanks to the the replies, I now feel more confident in this order and with actual tracking updates, I feel that I can confidently delete the reviews left prior to the updates, replies, and receiving of the order. Again thank you for the real replies and shipment updates! And hopefully the items are as advertised/paid for and this review will stay happy! Updated 5/9/24

Money came out of my account for an order, no email to confirm order, no tracking number, no confirmation number and multiple emails to support have gone unanswered.

My order never arrived, I contacted support, they basically told me to contact USPS though they never gave me a USPS tracking number. Obviously the post office couldn't help without a tracking number. Reached out to siirigo & never got a response. They took my money & seem to have no plan to resolve the problem. I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase anything from this company....

These dudes never respond to an email, never got a confirmation email and there’s absolutely no custom service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered 2 shirts. One was a random design that I didn't order, the other was the wrong color. I contacted the support email. They offered no resolution other than 15% off my next order. When I responded to support that this was not acceptable, they did not respond. I sent 3 more emails. They did not respond to any of them. Bait and switch scam.
UPDATE: Company has contacted me several more times. Each time they say "Please kindly review the first email. Much appreciate for your prompt reply, thank you so much.". I responded to this 3 times only to receive an email the next day saying the exact same thing, Also, their "support"email becomes unmasked when they send replies showing that the actual address is support@ email.kf5.com. This is not an actual business. It is a SCAM.

I'd rather give no stars. I Ordered 4 t shirts got 4 t shirts in only 1 of them was the one I ordered the rest were random shirts put in and to top it off it took over a week to get a reply when I complained about it and all I get as an offer is 15% refund. An absolute joke of a company big time scam. 10 out of 10 do not recommend ordering from them. Plus the pucture is printed on with horrible quality. For 4 t shirts I almost paid 200$. Save your money and spend it somewhere better

My order was never shipped. I messaged twice and both times they said awaiting shipment. Had to dispute it in PayPal to get my money back. SCAM

Absolute worst. Ordered shorts, apparently it’s a pre order, which is fine. It says it will take about 25 days. But after 20 days I received an email saying “ We are truly sorry to inform you that the shipping of your order will be delayed because the product you ordered is very popular.”
Which is fine………
But I got 13 of this same emails over the course of couple weeks.
Googled the address (which is in France?) and it just not there. In fact, there is similar sounded company doing energy management in the region called “Sigerly”

In the nutshell, it’s a scam. They don’t reply to your emails, unless you consider a copy paste email about “sorry for the deley” nonsense a response.
