I am from Ireland and I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to an Irish friend who is living nearby making a recovery from an illness. Not knowing anything about this florist I took a chance and the communication on WhatsApp was seamless.
Elena was incredibly helpful, sending me arrangement ideas and colours schemes.

It’s such a pleasure to buy from this company. The flowers are stunning and very competitively priced. Delivery is so fast, via DPD, and the thing that really pleases me is the care taken in packaging, with the perfect size of box to suit the contents. No giant box with the contents crashing back and forth on their journey to me. I speak from experience having purchased elsewhere in the past! I won’t buy anywhere else now. OMG flowers are stunning! I ordered wild flowers and Chinese Lanterns they look real I've never seen the like. I'm stunned and amazed so happy I will definitely be ordering more thankyou so much.

I ordered some pale pink hydrangeas and needed them quickly. Helen had excellent communication with me, sent them out straight away, the flowers arrived in perfect condition so very happy with the service. Three separate orders most were brilliant, but when I left a fair review of one product it was never published. I emailed and got this reply:

We have received your feedback but we have the option to decide whether to publish based on whether we consider it to be fair.

Whilst we understand that the sweet pea stem might not have been to your taste we sell several hundreds of them each year and have been selling them for over 12 years without another negative review. As a result we have taken the decision that your review would not be helpful to other shoppers and may have a negative impact on sales that is not justified.
This review may have helped you with your deicison to purchase but may have deterred hundres of others who would have been happy with their purchase.

Which probably accounts for none of the flowers having star reviews. Somewhat dubious behaviour and is it legal?

I have looked everywhere for good quality faux flowers and at last I have found these exceptionally beautiful and high quality flowers. Ordered 10 items which came boxed and under tissue paper. They are gorgeous and I will be ordering more.
They came next day of ordering and were even better than the pictures.
Don't go anywhere else these are of exceptional quality. Thank You for your high standard and service.

The flowers arrived the day after I ordered, and looked beautiful. They were of high quality and were carefully packed so arrived without damage. The cost was extremely reasonable too - I will definitely be using them again and again!

Ordered a bridal posy and buttonhole. Sadly they look very artificial and they are overpriced for what was received. I was hoping that they would be more realistic.
I will not be using them for the occasion I ordered them for.
Think I will make my own with flowers from Ikea. Overall disappointed. Sorry..

Great quality flowers at a great price. Arrived a day after I ordered which in itself is brilliant.

Ordered some flowers on their website which I was pleased with. I got a call the next day from the office saying that I hadn't paid postage (it didn't charge me for postage on the website) and they told me I needed to pay the postage (over double what I paid for the goods), or I could have the money refunded. They said the shipping hadn't shown up because they were updating their website, something I said wasn't my fault. They said they couldn't send the product unless I paid shipping and all they could do was refund me in full unless I paid the shipping. Not happy when this is their fault...

Ordered artificial foliage and a mini cyclamen plant. Arrived super fast. Carefully packed. Items received good quality and very reasonably priced. Will be placing further order.
