Excellent after care experience
Purchased the excellent Motion 360 car seat in 2022. We recently had an issue with damage to the car seat and the service provided by the customer service team in resolving the issue has been first class - starting with a friendly call and then following up to resolve the issue via email once the service team had reviewed the damage. Highly recommended for both the quality of product and after care.

Replacement item…
Telephone was answered within seconds very impressed you can speak to a human being. Most companies dont even provide a telephone number which results in enless emails and generated replies which is so frustrating. None of that with Silver cross. Jenny was very helpful and gave good advise and excellent custer service .Silver cross went above and beyond they didn't have to replace my item but did. After an email providing receipt and photos and an other phone call again excellent customer service spoke to Jess. Few days later received replacement item. I will continue to purchase silver cross products and advise friends to do so because of the excellent after care service and the great customer experience I received.

We’ve had silver cross for both our children , great quality. Our footmuff git damaged in a fire before our little one could use it , and I couldn’t find it to buy separately. I filled in an enquiry form stating what had happened and what footmuff we were looking for. They quickly replied and informed me they would send one out free of charge ! Faith in humanity restored !!!

Silvercross after care service was second to none! Even down to delivering the box to return our clic buggy in! Emails answered very promptly . DPD delivery and pick up was no trouble all sorted by Silvercross.

Broken car seat replaced free of charge
After almost 3 years with our motion 360 car seat we had an issue with it. Silver cross was super quick to respond and their customer service representatives were very helpful. They arranged a box to be sent to the house and the car seat was collected. Unfortunately the car seat couldn’t be fixed but we were absolutely blown away when silver cross said they were sending a replacement one with no charge. We originally chose to purchase a silver cross car seat as they had a reputation for good service and safety and were so pleased to see that reputation upheld.

We ordered the 10 piece coast bundle and as first time parents this is perfect to start you off! However I did see that the bundle had been upgraded to a 12 piece bundle, in which I contacted to see if there was anything we could do to get the extra parts.
Silver Cross has kindly sent the stand to go with our Bassinet for the pram! We are delighted with this service and couldn't recommend them more to anyone!
Very helpful for first time parents!
As first time parents, we accidentally ordered a seat which wasn’t suitable for purpose. Silver cross were brilliant in helping us navigate a range of car seats and sent us a link to the correct seat/isafix, plus the attachment needed for the pram we already have.
Was effortless dealing with them and the products are great. We purchased a full bundle and would highly recommend.

I had to contact Silvercross customer service as I needed replacement newborn inserts for my car seat. I searched everywhere online and had no luck, submitted a query on their website and within 24 hours I was contacted and provided a direct purchase link and confirmation that I would receive it by post. The communication was incredibly fast, even with a back and forth of emails, no waiting several working days for one reply! Couldn’t be happier!

Car seat replacement
We bought a silver cross car seat 5 years ago and recently realised the inner polystyrene had a crack in it. Contacted silver cross who organised to collect it from our house, assessed it and deemed it irreparable so organised a brand new updated car seat to be delivered to our house as a replacement. All communicated really easily via their messaging service. Excellent service and gives you peace of mind that you have a safe car seat for life with them!

Nothing is covered under warranty, extremely expensive brand for nothing. Such a shame, was proud to order a British brand make which I thought was of great quality and standards. Had proven the opposite and within 6 months of very little use, saw deterioration.
I bought the whole range for my child, would advise against.
I really thought they would cover discolouration of their products but they blame everything under wear and tarp should have just bought any cheap brand of went for Joie instead.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I was very excited to receive a stroller from this company but it never shipped. I ordered adapters for the stroller that were received, but the stroller itself never shipped. Silver Cross has withheld a refund for the stroller and is demanding I return the adapters until they can issue a refund for the stroller (even though the adapters were a completely separate paid item). I highly recommend NOT buying from this company as the customer service is awful and they are illegally holding money for something that was never shipped.

Excellent Customer Service Despite Product Issues
Although I’m not fully happy with the pram I ordered, I have to say the customer service from Silver Cross has been excellent. The advisors were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to my questions.
The way my concerns were handled and resolved really stood out to me and I felt supported throughout. Even when a product isn’t quite right, great customer service makes a huge difference and Silver Cross delivered on that front.

My stroller needed a small repair, I contacted them online to see if it could be fixed. After sending them photos, they sent out a box for me to package my stroller in and arranged someone to collect it.
They repaired my stroller and returned it within 4 working days, all completely free of charge and no hassle at all.

Silver Cross Motion All Size Car Seat
I have updated this review and rating. I had an initial negative experience with customer services in regards to a faulty car seat. Following my expression of dissatisfaction, a representative of Silvercross phoned me out of the blue to apologise and to rectify the situation. They were incredibly helpful and send me a brand new product which arrived within 24 hours. So, what started as a negative experience has been turned around and I've been very impressed by them.
