‘Supreme’ service
I purchased a ‘Supreme’ Trophy (L490A-15) to present at our annual golf competition in 2012. It’s a beautifully made and handsome trophy which we had engraved with the tournament crest and motto. Every year, I send the silver plinth band back to Silvertrophy.com to engrave the name of the winner and the winner’s score. The service we receive is excellent. The engraving is done within 24 hours and returned immediately. A 48 hour turnaround, especially during these difficult times, is exceptional. Olivia usually looks after our orders and her efficiency, help and politeness is much appreciated. It makes the task of getting the trophy engraved each year, a very easy and painless one. The fact that we have stayed with this company for 9 years hopefully says it all... in short, a superbly efficient company offering a highly professional service. Our thanks to everyone involved. 5 stars from us, we would award 6 if we could!

100% Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer service from the whole Team at Silvertrophy.com. We ordered a personalized memorial trophy with our Club Logo which unfortunately when it arrived had a tiny blemish that I just wasn't happy with.
However, Oliva acted brilliantly and swiftly arranged a courier to pick up the trophy, have it replated, polished and returned back to me all within 48 hours.
Absolutely astounding Customer service considering the Covid Coronavirus impact we are all dealing with right now.
The trophy was returned in A1 tip-top condition and the whole process and Olivia's care and attention to ensure I was 100% happy cannot be faulted.
I would (and will) use Silvertrophy again.

Brilliant products and fantastic customer service!
I wish I could give Silvertrophy.com more than 5 stars as the service I received from them was absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble even finding a specific, and unusual, font needed for the trophy engraving. From start to finish Olivia, who I dealt, with was incredibly helpful replying to emails straight away and when the trophies arrived (shipped to Cyprus) I couldn't have been happier with them. Excellent quality and beautifully presented, what more could you ask for. I have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic company and would most definitely use them again in the future. Presentation Cup
Found this company on line. They responded quickly to my email and continued communication throughout the order process. Gave very good advice and were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Once I had agreed the engraving layout and font the cup arrived very quickly, tracked and well packaged. I am extremely pleased with the end result. I’ve not found a better supplier
Absolutely first class for both product and service. I got the trophy I wanted (loads of choice!) and the engraving was just as I planned it. Excellent system for proof - checking. The service was impeccable. I will use them again.

On the order page, there was no indication of the font used for the engraving. I emailed and they were quite happy to answer my questions and changed the original font to a cursive script for me.
Delivery was very quick
I would happily reccomend.

Could not have asked for any better service and product ! Had the trophy made for my late dads charity match that is in the process of being organised. The detail in the badge we had engraved was exceptional ! You can see the detail of my dads face perfectly. My family couldn’t be happier , Highly recommended !
