I purchased 'Niagara Falls' scenery by Jeppeson's after seeing the so called 'Niagara Falls' video on their website. It was an impulse buy (not always a good idea) but as I had before downloaded their Victoria Falls from another website I felt confident. I discovered afterwards that there are serious problems with this area. Although the product is called 'Niagara Falls City Pack' the video is easily designed to fool customers and therefor misrepresents the product. i.e. false advertising which is illegal in the UK. I have emailed both Simmarket and Jeppeson, but have not had a reply.

I purchased SFX Ground for MSFS 2024 from simMarket. The product does not load at any airport and is completely unusable.
When I contacted simMarket support, their response was that they are “a sales platform” and that I must deal with the vendor directly.
That was the extent of their support.
No troubleshooting.
No investigation.
No accountability.
No offer of remedy.
They take your payment, but if the product doesn’t work, they step back and redirect you elsewhere.
As a UK customer, I find this extremely concerning. When you buy from a retailer, your contract is with that retailer — not a third party developer. Being told they are merely a “platform” suggests they do not accept responsibility once money has changed hands.
That is not the level of consumer protection I expect when purchasing digital products.
I will not be purchasing from simMarket again, and I would strongly advise others to consider where responsibility lies before spending money through this marketplace.

Impossible d installer leur mod sur mfs24. Arnaque

It took 24 hours to receive a digital product key for OnAir Company, and the order was canceled after it was not obtained instantly. They won the paypal dispute sending it 24 hours later. Problem is, I did a direct purchase with OnAir afraid to lose my trial progress and thinking i could cancel with no problems with simmarket. Now im stuck with two subscriptions and simmarket blocked me from the site and ive purchased different item that now i don't have access to. That company sucks. Buy direct. STay away from Simmarket. You've been warned.

Pour exemples : La BA Avord (LFOA) est très mal modéliser, ÉNORME régression par rapport à la version MSFS 2020 !
Le réseau ferrovière ne ressemble à rien par contre les caténaires sont bien là... sur un chemin de terre !!!

Meine Erfahrung mit SimMarket und dem Kundenservice ist sehr positiv. SimFlight GmbH hat den Sitz in Kaltenkirchen Deutschland und ist ein seriöses Unternehmen. Ich habe ein Produkt (Szenerie) reklamiert, da es Probleme mit der Installation gab. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten wurde mir geantwortet. Es war mein Fehler, da ich bei der Bestellung die Kompatibilität für msfs 2020 übersehen hatte. Mir wurde der Kaufpreis sofort gutgeschrieben, eine sehr kulante Vorgehensweise. Ich werde auch zukünftig über SimMarket einkaufen, eine echte Empfehlung.

Poor customer, satisfaction, and unprofessional. They refuse to give your money back even the product is wrong or the product key is not working. I swear they give you a lot of hassle to refund your money back that you need to dispute it with the bank.

I purchased an add on on their site, the bijan enhanced season add on for msfs2024 did not work well, it was defective.
I contacted support and after a few messages they no longer responded, I asked for a refund, denied.
I left a negative review on simmarket and it was not published.
Now I understand why only positive reviews, the negative ones are not published.
This is called fraud.
I will never make a purchase on their site again.

j'ai eu un problème avec mon compte sur SimMarket quand ayant oublié mon mot de passa et après plusieurs essais je me suis vu interdire l'accès. Pourtant j'ai pas fais pas mal d'achats. J'espère pouvoir les contacter ou être contacter car je voudrais retélécharger mes nombreux addons ! Merci de m'écouter.

Bought Software since 2023 up till jan 2025 i lost my downloads because 1percent out of 99% was a hurdle to them when i sent them a ticket. we argued back and forth and they retaliated by blocking me and since federal law doesn't allow typical deputes over 60 days with us banks i lost over 300 dollar's in download's links etc......their typical whiny passive aggressive for sure.....spineless cowardly stubborn insolent and takes the money and runs.....bunch of scared ignorant argumentative ants.....karma will come back and Bite them for stealing and denying me as a paying long term consumer....the least they could have done over their tantrums is give me access to my links by sending a download for all the products or refund me...... i bought plenty from them mistakenly. they feel obligated and justified blocking my account access via log in. yet their rude to me first. so yeah i told them where they could shove it....i leaned never to buy from third party software co like. Simm market is a complete sham disgrace and they have faulty download's then want to provoke and blame you for reaching out to them for help.....oh thieve pissed me off......accusing me of being difficult yet their products ksfo airport captain edition via contrail was damaged they were rude so when i got angry with them they pulled a squishy squeamish move and blocked me.....bunch of spineless cowards. screw you--------Alexandor & gorgos-------.....over in kaltenkichen d.e. germany via email ticket response system.....yeah i cursed them out and Id do it again....since they want to go on and take the money and run. ~ when you the universe screws you in this lifetime or the next dont whine at all the people you did dirty....trash pos third party multi market place cloud company strongly do not advise anyone to use them or keep your downloads on their system....dont get screwed like me...... my mistake is i didnt back up my links i depended on them for storage......b i g m i s t a k e.....all i did was email then cordially and asked for help when they pooped on me i took it and shove it down their throat and they couldn't handle it.....don't screw your customers worldwide do your jobs simmmarket.....do not provoke your customers...

I have bought some things and without problems, but a few days ago, I bought some software and once they charged me, they redirected me to Aerosoft with an executable, so I could download it and it was impossible for me to locate it.
I sent them an email, telling them that I no longer wanted it, but no matter.
Luckily it cost me €10.12.
They are scoundrels.
When the procedure fails, you're screwed.

I uncovered a bug in the Simmarket App and opened a ticket.
They forced users to move to the new app but is developed by a 3rd party. They weren't interested in the slightest even though its's their app. Just told me to take it up with the developer but no indication of how.
Utter rubbish.

They banned my account there from using credit card on a grounds of " paypal issue", as they described. I made a new account, which I asked them to transfer all my bought addons from the previous so I won't use the banned account. They refused and banned my second account.
now, I can't use their website / app anymore. Because the minute I use my credit card again they'll ban it again.
I live on a pension and a credit card, for which I pay from my pension. So I can't use another.

If your into flight simulation this is a must, it deserves 5 stars it has the most addons and has an easy interface as well as transcation interface

I've purchased several add-ons for Flight Simulator from this store. Overall, it's a good platform with reliable, safe products, and they occasionally offer discounts. However, the store's user interface feels outdated and cumbersome, and it definitely needs an update for 2024.

The biggest issue with this store is its review system. When you buy a product, you can leave a written review with a 5-star rating. Positive reviews get published online, but mediocre or negative ones simply don't appear. This practice misleads customers into thinking a product is great when it might actually have significant issues hidden by numerous 1-star reviews that never see the light of day.

I hope the store administrators realize that genuine customer feedback, whether positive or negative, is essential. Suppressing negative reviews is not only greedy but also unethical.

Bought a product yesterday but then discovered that I had purchased the wrong item. Tried to get a refund within the defined time but my request was just shrugged off. More or less F --Off. Support is terrible and wont be purchasing again.
