Shop geht nicht. Laufend Updates, Anmeldung geht nicht. PW Reset auch nicht!

Poor support customer service and arrogant.

Buy a product, and never received him.

I send the proof of the purchase and they answered me there no transactions made. They doesn't care about it .
The Olaf from the support team just close the ticket and eventually with no response.
I ask for an online complain on ec.europa.eu to make sure they not going to do again. Please, if you have the same issue doing the same. And its regrettable the developers doesn't care too. Its shame.

Arrogant, almost hostile and very unhelpful customer service.

I bought 2 products from Sim Market at the same time. One of them I was able to download quickly with no issues at all but the other one requires the Sim Market app to install it. Problem is the app is impossible to download. 10-20 kb/s and never completes the download, no matter which browser or download manager I try. Everything else works fine, including YT, downloading other files and MSFS so it's not on my side.

The very unhelpful customer service agent named Olaf refused to help in any way other than suggesting I restart the download, followed by a conclusion that the problem was on my side and that they wouldn't do anything about it.

Quite possibly my worst customer service experience of all the flight sim stores. I will definitely not buy from Sim Market again and I'm waiting for the refund I had requested.

Ich Rate dieser Plattform dringend ab. Warum?

Ich wollte mich auf der Plattform anmelden um ein Produkt zukaufen wie eigentlich des Öfteren. Kaum Angemeldet ladet man auf der Login wieder mir der Nachricht das mein Account Gelöscht wurde.

mehrere von 200 Euro Sind Flöten gegangen.

Der Support verweigert sich den Account wieder zu eröffnen oder wieder herzustellen stattdessen zeigen sie jedes mal auf die AGB's das es nicht möglich sei.

Finde diesen Dienst oder auch Service unter der Gürtel Linie

Tried to complain about a product i brought with my hard earned money. Opened a ticket , then it got closed with a reply saying we reserve the right not to publish and complaints ???
Makes the review process an absolute shambles, same as there website and app.

I made a purchase through the website. The software installed and activated correctly, but after this it didn't function correctly. I requested cancellation of the sales contract, as stated in article 8 of their general conditions, but they refused to cancel the contract and thus refused to refund. They have a lousy customer service. They ignored my mail for 2 weeks (as to surpass the 2 week cancellation term) and then when I sent them an e-mail to remind them, they were suddenly able to reply within 20 minutes. Do not buy on this website. Lousy software and lousy customer service.

Bietet fehlerhafte Produkte an, fühlt sich anschließend nicht zuständig und verweist auf den Entwickler. Rechtlich aber Vertragspartner. Scheint eine Masche zu sein, die nur so lange gut geht, bis man den Klageweg beschreitet.

Have bought a couple of items through their online store, worked out without issues the previous times. Bought something yesterday which gave an installation issue. Contacted their support people who responded that they had tested the problem on their side and all was working fine. I also had to check my system 'for any issue that might be blocking the installation process'. In my opinion such a reply is just short of saying 'f-off'.

Figured out what was wrong so installation has succeeded. Hope they shape-up their support team.

Super site, très pratique pour acheter des adds-on

I tried to sell something as a vendor on there and got rejected because they wanted 3rd party licenses which do not exist. Then asked for my source material, you're not getting my blender models they are not your property, i sent the complete community package which contained everything in sim format anyway.
Terrible waste of time.

Scott, I just saw your review and the same thing happened to me. I bought REX from them and never recieced a code. They said contact Rex who told me they provide codes fo them. When i requested a refund so i could buy directly from Rex they locked me out of my account and I lost close to $400 in previous purchases.

If you go after Sim Market and file a complaint plesse let me know so I can be added as well. They should all be in jail.

If you have had issues with Sim Market especially where you were blacklisted and access to addons you paid for due to a dispute for non functional software, or you were cut off from add ons you paid for and never disputed file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre as this is theft and fraud. This is co funded by the EU Ministry of Justice and is a lot like the BBB for the EU. This is the action I have taken. UPDATE: Sim Market has now shut off my access to my account and access to the addons I purchased previously from them without any money back or any word. I just filed a complaint with the authorities in Kaltenkirchen, Germany naming Sim Market and their managers Miguel Blaufuks and Michael Pommerening as the offenders. Anyone else who has had the same thing happen from them should do the same so they can not get away with this anymore.

Bought an addon from Islandcreations through sim market. It didn’t work contacted the guy, no help escalate it through PayPal and now I can’t log into the sim market due to for whatever reason but doesn’t take a genius to work out. Avoid at all cost useless pieces of crap they sell and don’t like being challenged.

Wirklich sehr schade das man seitens Simmarket nicht gewillt ist trotz höflicher Anfrage sich mit dem Problem auseinander zu setzen um nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Stattdessen wird man nur kurz und schmerzlos abgewimmelt.

Nach über 10 Jahren treuer Kundschaft wars das wohl.

I wish I read the reviews before buying software here. The software emailed was defective. I have had to dispute with my bank. Very rude email responses. Basically extortion. I wish I had bought with the just flight.

Like all the other reviews, the product didn't work, and when I complained they refused refund and blacklisted my acct. Will be getting a refund from PayPal.
Product was the Wirebird Heli Mission pack, and Wirebird also didn't respond for customer support.
