They were honest at the outset regarding timeline which managed my expectations, however they kept in contact providing a regular update.

After being caught out with a very bad pension investment, I decided to try claiming back from the FSCS myself.This process isn't really layman friendly and after 2 years I was getting nowhere,
I did some research and settled on SCA to take my claim forward. They were very knowledgable about the claim process and kept me updated monthly even if there was nothing new to report.
They initially got my capped claim back from the FSCA in August 2023, and I was obviously very pleased. They then went further to claim through a different aspect of the FSCS process and were able to ensure that I actually ended up with my full investment back plus a small amount of interest. Even after paying their (well deserved) fees, I was back to where I would have been had I not invested in my Guinness Mahon Sipp.
I really can recommend this company as without them I genuinely believe I would still be chasing the FSCS with very little chance of getting some or any of my investment returned.
If you have been mis-sold an investment, then contact them, tell them your story and let them do what they do best which is fight to get your money back.
