Our divorce mediator had recommended a particular law firm to draft our QDROs, but they were really expensive. I discovered I could save more than $600 by using SimpleQDRO, but I was of course worried about outsourcing this task to an online company. But my fears were completely unfounded, and in fact, very few companies in ANY industry continue to provide the high level of competence and customer service that SimpleQDRO does. I was so impressed with every aspect of our experience with them. We submitted multiple QDROs, and the initial drafting took about 3 days. The documents were drafted properly, but each plan requested revisions unique to it. The SimpleQDRO turnaround time was always very quick, usually less than a day. Every time I called SimpleQDRO, I was greeted by a real human being who knew exactly what they were talking about, and who responded to my questions with patience and cogent answers. The system for submitting and receiving documents is easy to use. I can tell you that the QDRO process is a complex and confusing one, and neither the courts nor the plan administrators do anything to make it less baffling. Drafting the QDROS themselves via SimpleQDRO was the only part of the process that was, well, simple. While I don't necessarily recommend divorce, I do recommend this company as strongly as possible.
