To anyone interested, I am pleased to provide my experience with SimpleQDRO and am greatful to them for providing a much-needed professional service at a very attractive price.

We had an uncontested divorce and had agreed on terms, and just wanted our 401K and pensions split up as we had agreed earlier, but now we were forced into the legal arena needing documents written in a specific way to satisfy court and administrator of our wishes.
SimpleQDRO provided quality legal assistance in a specialized area in the way of forms to be submitted and notarized hither and yon via email/postal/phone and Fax to serve our goals. They also worked with the Administrator directly.

I really needed something to happen, my QDRO was still bogged down 7 months after our divorce was final. Our first lawyer had became frustrated and quit on us over denials from Administrator on specific wording of the QDRO, which had gone by the judge twice already and now needed another re-write.

I was running out of money/cash after over 10 months of being frozen from my nest egg, newly saddled with alimony etc. I had to choose which bills to pay, my credit score dropped from over 800 to below 500.

Frustrated and desperate, I complained, wrote letters and made calls. Was ready to pay 3-4K for another lawyer.

And then (hear a choir of angels singing hallelujah!) : I stumbled on Simple QDRO and am glad I did!
I paid for both the paperwork and Pre-Approval service.

It went down like this:
2/15/2023 First contact with SimpleQDRO on website
2/27/2023 Revised QDRO submitted for preapproval to Administrator (essentially a from the ground up rework to satisfy administrator). Within this 10 days my ex-wife and I had opportunity to review and verify reworded content, this was different language than used in previous proceedings.
3/9/2023 Administrator Pre-approves and Judge signs.
Paperwork faxed and and mailed to all parties by 3/23/2023.

By the following week I was able to withdraw money from accounts, get caught up on bills and I began to smile again. Life was going to be OK!

I wasn't too happy that I needed to have a QDRO done. I am glad that I used SimpleQDRO. Filling out the information online was very easy. I did my distribution by units per my divorce decree instead of a date or money. It took a few days for the QDRO to be done. When I received it, it had great instructions, letterhead, the QDRO and QDRO Addendum (everything that I needed). I submitted it for pre-approval with the Plan Administrator. It was approved. Then I sent it to the judge to sign. Then sent the final to the Plan Administrator which was approved. I decided to use this company because Brad Macdonald is an attorney and I was able to look him up with the bar association. I wanted to make sure this company was legit. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. The fee was exactly what they said $299, delivered with promptness, and done correctly the first time.

Months ago I was told it would cost over 3-5k to have my Qdro prepared. Life happened and things were rough. One day I did some research found SimpleQdro. They held my hand the entire time and even sent my paperwork a second time when they knew I was emotional and frustrated. And it wasn’t even their fault! By far the best customer service and easier than any other or CPA said it would be! Thank you again and again!!

Divorce is hard and finding someone to complete a qdro is confusing. Brad and the folks at Simple Qdro completed mine with a quick turnaround time. They stay in touch and the documents also include clear instructions. You need to contact this company for your qdro.5 stars is not enough.

QDRO’s i heard were very difficult and take time. Simple quadro was so easy and fast. Their web site boils it down and it was very easy. If you are reading this review you should know that this web site was what was recommended by my retirement fund provider and now i understand why. Use them. They even reached out to me and said, “hey we should have a phone conversation to make sure we are clear.” To me, that was worth the cost.

I had been working with an Attny for almost 2 years to draft up a QDRO and he was not able to do it and outsourced it. I was asked to pay more money and I just didn’t trust that he’d get the job done right. I did some research with the better business bureau and reviews on QDRO services and I came across simple QDRO. I have been so pleased with their service. They are thorough and know the law. Unlimited revisions and the customer service is Superb. They are always patient and answer my many questions. They make me feel as though I’m their only client. It truly amazes me. Even if I call and don’t leave a message they call me back when they see a missed call. My attorney never returned my calls or emails. I have hired a new attorney and simple QDRO does not mind making more revisions. They are terrific. I’d definitely give them a 5 star review. They are professional, intelligent, thorough and friendly and extremely patient. Divorce is never easy and having to submit a QDRO is tricky. Hire simple QDRO they are the absolute best!!! After having several legal professionals moan (quietly) when QDRO was mentioned, I was starting to fret. Looked it up on-line and there it was; SimpleQDRO. $299 and 30 to 40 minutes of screen time and it was done. The courthouse clerks were impressed with the document, as was the judge. He accepted the QDRO and the application for divorce at the same time. I was told that this is rare.
