I have been waiting a month for the chaise lounge I ordered from their website. Communication has been very poor I have to say - they haven’t kept me up to date, their website states that it has been “Shipped” butI haven’t heard anything from the delivery company as promised. Very disappointing.

I cannot fault this company. They sent me 5 fabric samples free of charge so I could choose the best match for my footstool. Then when I was ready to order they acknowledged quickly and sent a confirmation etc. I had good communication from the delivery company as well. And it’s arrived tonight and I am blown away by the quality of it for a very reasonable price. Being able to pick from a big list of fabric choices and have a choice of leg was fantastic.

Excellent company ordered received email confirmation immediately (hadn’t even logged off the site) sample received following day, received our beautiful Chaise 2 weeks after placing our order. Andy who dealt with my order was brilliant at communicating quickly & efficiently, I stupidly forgot to put my door number on the order he rectified this immediately after contact, I also had an issue with an all day delivery which I explained & I was given a time slot. Couldn’t fault them at all. Well done all of you.

The customer service from Simply Chaise was excellent right from the point or order through to delivery and receipt of our chaise, I wish all companies operated to this standard. Our chaise was beautifuly crafted and we were delighted with the quality of fabric and workmanship. I highly recommend this company

Really great customer service from Andy, fabric samples sent out super-quick, and delivery of the chaise was super-quick too, only 7 days after placing the order.
The chaise itself is very good quality and is perfect for my requirements.

My new chaise delivered today! It feels substantial and well made and packaging for transit was very secure. A quick turnaround from order to delivery. I did have to contact as had been given a window of 3 days for delivery, but people who answered were helpful. A great addition to the existing conservatory furniture. Very pleased and would recommend the company for choice and competitive pricing.

My chaise has just arrived and looks great. I needed it facing in the opposite direction to the photo and in a different fabric and asked how much more that would cost: no extra charge! They also phoned to let me know it would arrive a few days early. Seems to be extraordinary value for money, given that each chaise is 'bespoke'.

Very reasonable price for a beautiful chaise sofa. Quick reliable delivery. Noy extremely sturdy but decent enough for the price.

Absolute honesty to my phone inquiry regarding the cushioning on standard chaise-longs. The sponge is only 40mm thick and the chair should only be bought as occasional furniture. Not for sitting on for long periods.

I placed my order, which took me three months to get a sample, delivery date 14th December 2020, confirmed by Andy in writing. Waited in all day - didn't arrive. Tried to contact Andy at Chaise and had no response on the phone, emailed and got a reply "closed until January 7th 2021" no communication from courier.

Since posting this review, I was telephoned and it was explained that the courier broke his leg. The furniture was delivered shortly after, it did not suit and it was collected promptly and a full return of my money within days. I believe an honest company trading in difficult times.

Just received my chaise - absolutely perfect. Delivered on time - within a week of ordering. Customer service received from Laura was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered the Byron. Andy was very helpful and returned my calls. Promised it would be delivered on 10thAugust and actually arrived 2 days early even while other furniture companies were experiencing delays. Very pleased with the chaise. Beautiful!

In these difficult times, ordering items for manufacture and delivery can be a challenge. Not so with this company. Our experience was we placed an order on 21st June 2020 for a Earheart Chaise. It arrived on 6th July. What they said was what they did. Absolutely fantastic service. The craftmanship is superb, well made and sturdy. It is an absolutely excellent value for money product.

Made an order on February 20th 2020. Never received any emails from them. Had to confirm the order via calling them myself, where they gave a cause of their 'email system not working'. Getting through to them after a month was subsequently difficult but eventually did manage to do so via phone. Was told they lacked supplies of 'Queen Anne' legs hence delays. They initially said 2 weeks then when that passed they eventually gave a date of mid-April (after several phone calls). Once again this did not happen and no attempts were made by them to let me know why. Their website mentions they have closed shop due to 'safety concerns', which subjectively comes across as disingenuous given their legs-supplier crisis. Since then, with the Covid19 lockdown they have decided to completely shutdown including their customer service (whilst other furniture stores operating online, remain open and delivering safely within the law)! So I can't even contact them for a definitive update or to arrange a refund. Calls and emails go unanswered. Thoroughly disappointed with this whole experience. Avoid this company at all costs.
