I waited over six weeks for my order and was told there was no diamanté buttons after my order was delayed for six weeks. I was not offered any money off my purchase as a good will gesture. After recieving my order the sofa was very small and poor quality for the price I payed. An apology or money off for such a delay would of been the reasonable response. You

Lovely chaise. Quick and easy service. Delivery was within a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend there products.

The product is beautifully made and the colour is true to the picture. I feel the review deserves 4 stars because the customer service needs some improvement and there was some delay to the delivery, overall however I'm happy with the product and will recommend the company.

Lovely chaise, good service, would have been even better had we received it sooner!

The delivery of this item was delayed by one week. When it arrived I thought it looked brilliant and the fabric is very nice. My partner who had to put it together by screwing in the feet struggled for a while as the holes weren't in the right place and they felt poor quality - the feet aren't wood but rather some sort of formed plastic. A few days later a button fell off which basically made us wonder about the quality of this sofa and durability.

Really nicely made, looks good in my bedroom. Exactly what I wanted.

Lovely chaise, received today and delivered on time by a friendly driver.
The duck egg colour is perfect and it's really well made and very comfy, all I had to do was screw the legs on and done.
Looks beautiful in my lounge in front of my big window.
The company themselves were extremely helpful and changed the legs to my choice, they also were extremely good at communication.
Top marks all round, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I ordered a chaise but it was a lot smaller than expected. I have been trying to contact simplychaise for at least a week, everyday to return it and get a bigger size. I have phoned, emailed and tweeted them but the phone rings out and there has been no answer to my emails/tweet.
It is ridiculous that you cannot get a hold of the company. I want to sort my order out but at this rate it looks like they will never pick up the phone.

Excellen Chaise. Delivery driver was reluctant to bring the furniture into our ground floor house but was persuaded to do so. Otherwise 5 Star.
