Purchased mirror set and there was some miscommunications regarding returns - however , had a conversation with James (owner) to resolve this and due to the time delays resolving this I was offered the option to keep the mirrors and have half the money refunded back as a gesture of good will - to which this was done immediately.
It was reassuring that even though there was miscommunication/ delays that this was resolved .

Excellent service from start to finish I was texted a discount code which was amazing! The mirror arrived in perfect condition had so many issues with mirrors arriving broken from elsewhere before. The delivery was prompt kept me updated all round excellent service would highly recommend

I ordered 3 large beautiful mirrors from Simply Home UK. Delivery was prompt by Jim and his colleague who were still going strong at the end of a long day (9pm) Communication was very good all round with updates on delivery times etc. I would happily recommend.

Received Dressing table,was not happy with the middle draw as I took photos and sent it to their WhatsApp.But had no reply from James or any response to my concern on two occasions,no after care as they received money in good faith.Will not be using them again

Really love my new dressing table. The delivery men were brilliant making sure we knew how to instal the door knobs so they tighten properly. They also changed the delivery date for me, with no problems. Highly recommend the team ant Simply Homes.

Amazing furniture I’m really pleased with my fire place and two sets of coffee tables. On delivery items were packaged very well and delivery drivers unpacked items, there were two delivery drivers who were caring, helpful and professional. Thank you once again.

This is the 3rd item I have received from this company so im obviously pleased to be a returning customer. the furniture looks beautiful in my bedroom. On this occasion I must thank James (Jim) the delivery driver. Although he had been let down by a colleague he continued with the deliveries by himself 5 ⭐ service as he didnt want to let customers down. And the chest of drawers I had delivered was heavy.

I’m so happy with my mirrors, they are stunning, the delivery guys were so friendly and helpful, they checked the mirrors and they were all good, would recommend even though they are pricey but good quality.

Ordered a mirror and came before the expected delivery date. I was informed of what date and given a time slot which was delivered on time. Both men delivering was very helpful.

Recently had a best of table delivered. The delivery was great they kept in contact and arrived within the specified time.

Ordered a bedside table, Delivered within the expected timescale, delivered by Jim and his colleague. Both men were Very helpful and friendly. They took the furniture into the bedroom as requested and unpacked it for us. Beautiful piece of furniture, would definitely order again from them. Very satisfied with my purchase.
