Bought my Daughter a Dressing Table for her Birthday which came with a damaged handle, sliced all my finger on it sent them the pictures and they said they would send a replacement which I haven’t received. They ignore messages and even accused me of damaging the handle myself. Nobody advised me how tight the handles should be on delivery and now all the glass has cracked on 3 drawers which there reply was find a local glazier! Shocking customer service! Avoid this Company they do not care once they have took your money

I purchased the Opulance 3 Panel Mirror.
I was already told that it would take about 6 weeks to arrive so I was happy to wait. There were further delays which was being effectively communicated to me and apologies given.
Their communication was very good and they carried me along.
Mirror finally arrived in one piece and so beautiful. I really love this mirror and it was worth the wait. Beautifully hung on my stair wall

The white mirrored dressing table and bedside cabinet are absolutely beautiful, great quality and very sturdy. I would have given 5 star rating but the day after I noticed that there was a crack on one of the drawers under the glass and when I contacted simply home I was told that I had over tightened the drawer handle. I had definitely not as I had read the instructions on the website which warned about doing this and also I physically don't have the strength! When I responded back to say that I hadn't I was ignored and never received a response back. Luckily I have managed to repair the crack by holding a lighter by the glass, the heat miraculously closed the crack! So while the furniture looks beautiful, the after service isn't great.

Excellent experience and communication. Delivery was very professional and helpful. Item was open, checked and place led where we wanted it without any fuss. So unlike the experience we have had with a competition recently, where items were damaged when opened, twice!

Great product, when issues were had they were dealt with. As I understand a family business growing swiftly so best of luck

I ordered a diamond crush sideboard and from the point of order to delivery the customer service was very thorough and attentive. The product is a beautifully crafted piece of furniture. This is my second order now. I am very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use them again

Updated Feb 25- The company have made contact and explained the robot 🤖 message service had errors. Runners have now been posted so resolved issues. I have bought mirrored dressing table with 2 side bedroom cabinet and stool. Delivery and items are good however contacted them Nov 24 on chats/ emails to ask for a new runner for my top dressing table draw. I was reassured on multiple of occasions via chat/ reviews they said they would post runner and still not received. After service is poor. I would not recommend this company due to after service care.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Well after all the circus I experienced originally! this company delivered the cancelled mirror after 2 months and they didn’t even know they had! Or did they? Politely informed them and they stated it’s ok we will invoice you!!!! regardless of me very clearly stating we want nothing to do with them due to the circus last year when we originally ordered this mirror and I simply want them to collect. I’m now involving trading standards and citizen advice bureau tomorrow. Do not use this company as it’s very suspicious and this technique has me wondering whether others have been treated this way?

Beautiful dressing table. Quick delivery. High level of professionalism.

Upon ordering items in stock they emailed a 4 days later saying the chest was out of stock - so we opted for the dressing table to be delivered - the dressing table is ok but not great, lots of small black scratch mark under the the white glass and lots of black glue in certain areas, the handle holes are all over the place and not in line making it awkward to fit the handles. What really lets the service down from this company is they hardly respond to emails in timely manner and it takes 3 days to get a response. As for getting a refund for the chest of draws we constantly had to email them and took over two weeks to get our funds back for this item. Over all a little disappointing.

Update: A big thank you to James who reached out to me directly to resolve this issue. The refund is being issued as requested and James was kind enough to allow me to keep the mirror to avoid further courier costs being incurred and as a gesture of goodwill. For further information, the goods themselves were of high quality, it was the description which was incorrect on the website.

I bought a stone coloured mirror online - clear colour from the pictures and the description. Charged £30 for specialist courier delivery who are even meant to come in and unpack your delivery according to the email but this did not happen so beware of rip off courier charges.
When I opened the mirror the box said it was silver not stone and the colour once unpacked is clearly a shimmery silver - nowhere near stone.
I asked the company to exchange for the correct item and the insult was that it must be the lighting as they are definitely the same colour. I've never heard anything so silly and insulting when it's clear as day they are totally different colours, even as described on the box. Since then, the company have ignored my correspondence so my bank will be disputing this on my behalf.
