We have been with Pib Insurance formley known as simply insurance for many years now for our Motor trade insurance, for the last few years ive been dealing with a lady named Mel, she is absolutely brilliant extremely knowledgeable and has always provided an excellent service when it comes too renew especially at getting the lowest possible price without compromising any off the renewal needs.

Chris Brown was excellent to deal with. Very straightforward and patient as I was in a busy period and not very responsive. He came up with a few different options and understood our requirements. Recommended.

Yes happy with the service provided this year,and will continue with business in the future,it’s a cut throat business insurance with phone call after phone call from companies trying to get you the best deal,but ending up after being on the phone for a good 20 mins being more expensive,so happy with the price from simply PIB cheers
