Chartes are by far the most knowledgeable and consistent estate agents I've dealt with to date. It's clear that everyone on the team is experienced, shown in the quality of their work. From the initial valuation right through to completion I've been kept up-to-date with progress and everything has gone smoothly. Undoubtedly worth the extra money.

We were looking for a property to rent for over a month. With a baby on the way and the due date become closer and closer, we were eager to find our next home.

Through other lettings agents, our hopes were built up only to be let down. Experiencing long delays in responses and unprofessionalism.

That was, until we came across Charters Estate Agents. Rhian has made this process clear and stress free. Not only did she help us find a lovely home to raise our baby, she has been there every step of the way, ensuring that all questions we had were answered swiftly.

Mollie-May West has looked after our property maintenance issues for many years and has provided an excellent level of service, responding to issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Freja Meek in the Southampton Office has been great with resolving an issue our tenants had at their property. We had to purchase a new washing machine and it was cheaper to purchase ourselves rather than through the contractor. Freja communicated with the tenant about measurements, delivery timescales and organised a contractor to install in a timely fashion. Excellent service, thank you Freja

Taylor Bray who works for Charters has been incredibly helpful when managing our properties.

He is very well mannered.

He listens and is brilliant at managing clients when there is a challenging situation. He listens and helps with creating a plan to solve the issue. Once the plan has been agreed he is quick to notify the relevant parties and gets the plan put into action.

He’s a great asset to the company.

Central Heating Boiler Repair:
We had a major failure of the central heating boiler system and the boiler had to be shut off. Te boiler exhaust flue had to be replaced that was routed through 2 floors.
Work was carried out professionally through Charters and Geanina Radu the Customer Manager rang arranged the work. She always gave us an update on progress on a daily basis, and to ensure that the Boiler Engineer was undertaking the work to our satisfaction. Many parts had to be ordered and everything was done quickly.
