We are extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Charters Estate agents, particularly from Freddie, who has been helpful through the whole process of house hunting and choosing a property. Freddie was patient and never pushy, and always available to answer all our questions (there were lots!) Very glad that the property we found was through Charters, so far it has been a smooth and easy experience.

Charters Estate Agents were professional from start to finish. Our Sales Progressor, Jo, was amazing with great communication throughout. She was always friendly, helpful, and did everything she could to keep our purchase moving forward. Charlie was also very helpful as our estate agent, making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

Very happy with the service received from Charters. We were kept up to date at every stage of marketing the property, from being advised of each viewing, to negotiating an offer for the property which was wholly acceptable to both parties.

I have found all staff involved in preparing documents in respect of marketing our property to be extremely helpful, having kept me informed all the time.

Everything has gone smoothly

The handling officer (Connor) secured the tenants and managed the entire process impeccably from start to finish. They also went above and beyond when we discovered that the local council had misplaced our application for the selective licence and attempted to require us to pay the full application fee again. Throughout this issue, the officer worked diligently on our behalf to resolve the matter and minimise any additional cost or inconvenience.

Eloise and Evelyn made everything so simple and smooth for my family. Their immediate responses in all my queries regarding finding a house was incredible. They delivered immense support whenever and wherever I needed. Heartfelt gratitude to them. Regards.

Lisa was so helpful and "on" everything, before we could even ask! She made the whole experience much less stressful.

Very lovely team and useful during the renting process. Rhian especially who showed us the first flat as well as fulfilling her word to forward more flats that fit what we needed, where we ended up now. Very quick response with emails easy to communicate with!

Me and my friend viewed a property with Shelby, she was on time, supportive and exceptionally helpful throughout the whole experience. Although we didn’t manage to get the property viewed everything was communicated openly and quickly and other alternatives were sent that suited our budget and needs by Rhian almost immediately which is all you can ask. Thank you so much Shelby and Rhian we really appreciated your help and support as first time independent renters!!!

Charters have been so helpful and patient with me. James at the Southampton branch arranged our viewings and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always happy to chat on the phone and he made us feel valued.
Once we offered on a property, Gary at the Chandlers Ford branch became our man progressing the sale through. He kept us updated and was always available to talk to me. I became very stressed and pressured during the purchase and he was always calm, reassuring and professional.
