Simply Nuc Ltd Reviews

Very happy with service and choice of options. Have been a NUC user for years and will not look anywhere else in future. Customer service excellent. CJ helped answer all questions knowledgeably and professionally. Highly recommended.

Great sales team, great NUCs. No complaints!

Expert advice and assistance in navigating NUC configurations for my intended purpose. Which was Plex Media Server with TV Tuning. Jack Bannon was patient and friendly throughout and delivered on his promise to follow up and keep me informed about product development currently underway and mindeful of my requirements. I cannot stress how pleasurable it is to experience real customer service. Thank you, Simply NUC!

Easy to use the site and great CS. Let me know of the stock level before I placed the order, and confirmed with me once they'd received the order.

It was not easy but you all guys made it possible… I really would like to thank your attention, support and kindness during the whole process. Much appreciated :)

Waiting for the last bits to be sorted and to get the material!

In terms of customer support - first rate. Really helpful, prompt and courteous. Looking forward to receiving the product and hope the good feeling continues! :)

Small and Powerful! I was looking for a PC to use for gaming. But I use a Mac for work so I didn't really want a giant neon monstrosity on my desk. The NUC was a perfect solution, not taking up much space, but having loads of power. Simply NUC were helpful and communicative. The machine works really well.

Cant recommend them enough, superfast contact, support and delivery... and this includes some of the rarest goods in compute-land : NUC9 + fitting GPU for normal retail pricing!

And even a post-sales reached out asking if everything is working as expected. This is nothing what you normally find in B2C IT sales.

Their inventory is up-to-date, its easy to configure your needed mini-pc with all the bells and whistles and get it delivered in 2-3 days (like in my case).
Shipment pricing is on the higher side (if you are living in europe (aka the continent), but 3 days after placing the order i got my BTO PC.

We turned to Simply Nuc to purchase hardware for our systems and received an expedient and thoughtful service from Jack Bannon.

I wish that every vendor would provide such a service.

Everyone at SimplyNUC that I've spoken to is super friendly. Our account manager is always more than helpful and quick to respond. Catches up with me monthly which is perfect and not too pushy.

Delivery times are always within 2-3 days, if not next day.

Excited to hopefully meet at a future convention.

The chat and support I received today when I arrived at this website is impressive and most helpful, I was looking for a NUC and within a few minutes I presented with several examples that met my requirements. Absolutely brilliant, thank you.

I've been concerned with possible delivery during vacation, but Jodie agreed to send me an update when the order is ready and postpone the delivery if necessary.

Excellent products and super support. I'm very pleased with my NUC, it's like a 3cm stack of coffee coasters yet drives three 27" 4k monitors without breaking a sweat. Overall, great products and very helpful people.

Customer service is beyond fantastic! I was firing questions at them for days trying to find the right PC for me and they went above and beyond to answer every single one and I walked away with the perfect little setup.

I can not rate the customer experience highly enough, from the initial order, calls to discuss spec and availability to the support solving an issue I had. The team at Simply NUC responded quickly, offered help and advice.

I work in IT and run training on User Experience, this was an exemplary example of how to support customers when things go wrong or require help.

Bravo to Daniel and the whole support team.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Big thanks to CJ went in wanting one thing came out getting something equally as good for less money.

Excellent customer service! Very pleased.

Will definetely be coming for more orders.
A big thanks to the team.

Good and fast communication. Solution oriented. Plesant contact.

Great service. Very reasonable pricing, delivery was quick and the customer service is great.

Simply Nuc has amazing chat support throughout their purchase journey. I had asked multiple questions about stock availability and CJ from Simply Nuc was able to answer all of my questions in a timely and professional manner.

Thank you Simply Nuc for making the process a great one!
