Simply Nuc Ltd Reviews

Quick service to change and order. This was all done polity and professionally.

Very knowledgable and keen to help me as a customer. I'm really happy I choose SimplyNuc for ordering! :)

Excellent service, very impressed

I was ordering a NUC Ghost Canyon PC and faced quite a few challenges in getting the payment across. Moreover, there were a couple of custom details such as OS configurations that needed to be done. The customer support for both of these issues was really good.

CJ, in particular, was really helpful and ensured that I was able to order the system and get my configuration installed. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience!

What an excellent service from Darren Snel (Simplynuc), from the initial online enquiry to the finalization of the order. You were an amazing salesperson that I ever interacted with. You never rushed me to a decision and were very patient. Where I needed help and some explanations, your responses were prompt and straight to the point. You dealt with me as if I were your local client, but I am miles away. It was a great experience and never felt like an online transaction – it felt like an in-person service. THANK YOU!

I will never hesitate to refer anyone to your organization or do business again with you in the future.

I am now looking forward to receiving my NUC in South Africa.

I was looking for a supplier of the Intel NUC PC when I came across Simply NUC Ltd. I easily found what I wanted on their website but I was a little unsure on a couple of points. I was able to chat with a representative of the company who was able to answer my questions.

The price was reasonable so I placed an order at the same time.

I was kept informed of the status of my order although in less than 36 hours of placing the order I had received it.

The Nuc worked straight out of the box and within 20 minutes or so it was up and running.

I will return here when I next need a new PC

I bought a NUC 11 device recently. While I was wander the site, CJ - Chat support manager he provided me clear products information with some of searching tips on their US and UK website.

I would purchase again on this site.

CJ @ simplyNUC was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful in addressing my queries. I have bought from simplyNUC previously and had an excellent outcome and am still pleased with the product 18 months later and with the follow ups from simplyNUC.

These guys were so good. I find problems van happen to anyone for any reason but it's how you handle them that matters. These guys were professional and supportive. Couldn't ask for more

Very Helpfull customer service, CJ is a legend and got me sorted out asap! Cant recommend them enough.

Will be back when a faster nuc is available :)

Excellent service and advice. Flexibility regarding special requests. Will order my next NUC with Simply Nuc again.

Super Live-Support, total freundlich
Bis jetzt einfach nur empfehlenswert!

5 Star Service from Start to Finish.
Bought this make due the excellent review on PCMag site. Under best PCs 2021. "Best for Bleeding Edge Power users strapped for Space!" Sounded like me. Link on PC Mag website took me to Amazon but I bought direct from S.N.

S.N. Website could not store a build quote so had to put it through. However I asked that they rang me back to discuss the order. Phone rang within minutes.

Deliver was faster than Amazon Prime! Really happy with the PC. Excellent build quality and silent as a mouse. After sales service as well, Now there's a thing you don't always get. I bought mine as my personal PC for the next 5 years and now with my 35" widescreen monitor I'm set up for video editing and am future proofed. My poor Surface Pro which was struggling can take a well earned rest and just come on holidays with me.

I ordered my new Nuc from Simply Nuc website and the order went without issues. I changed my mind after making the order and the support I got in the website's chat was amazing. I was able to upgrade my order without any kind of trouble, excuses, etc. I'm really happy with Simply Nuc.

Excellent service - good products. Worth noting: +5 stars unboxing experience!

The website was unable to process my payment, but raising a support ticket provided excellent service from personnel, and resolved the issue. Kudos!

Brilliant customer service.
Had some technical issues out of hours which was resolved in a very helpful manner.
