It was all so simple.Drop off, was easy to find car park.Met promptly. Walked into South Terminal.
Arrival, called after baggage collected. Walked to car park pick up point, waited a few minutes and car arrived. Drop off and pick up charge included in payment. I would highly recommend.

Never had a problem with this service. It obviously does depend on who you select to book with, but as a website to help with prices for each provider, great! Also never had a problem with the the company I selected for the meet & greet service.
Can't compete on the price front. Always value for money.

Trusted company I use all the time. So far never had a problem, even when dates etc needed to be amended. Customer Service excellent and always helpful. Makes starting and returning from holiday so much easier.

Good but delivered a wet car
The pick up and delivery of the car was all straight forward and the people were nice
BUT
As we drove off, the drivers car seat was soaking wet and the air con was ramped up to 25 degrees so clearly there was some sort of incident (assume window left open?).
We have contacted the company 3 times and still no explaination

Their standards have dropped unfortunately
I have used this company before & it was a faultless service. However, this time around, unfortunately, it wasn't the same. Dropping off was fine, no problem. However, after a very long flight, we collected our luggage & tried to call the number as stated on the instructions for a driver to bring our car to us. After about 20 times calling where the phone rang a couple of times & then the engaged tone kicked in & then hung up, we tried calling the main number for the car park. They gave us another number to call which just went to voicemail. In the end, we had to walk to the short stay car park, find someone who worked for the company & told them we couldn't get through & just wanted our car returned so we could get home. The guy was very apologetic & said there must be a network error & explained that in the office, they only have 1 job to do & that's answer the phones. He seemed very stretched as it was just him on his own most of the time. He had to radio through to the office for them to bring our car round, after standing there for almost half an hour. I'm hesitant to use these again as I don't mind paying extra for a quicker & more efficient service. But I feel I was let down on this occasion.

I had to pay the Gatwick terminal car park charge of £7 in both directions, which I wasn’t expecting.

Regarding the Gatwick terminal charge, this is a fee applied directly by the airport for all drop-offs and pick-ups at the terminal. We understand the Gatwick terminal fee can sometimes come as an unexpected extra — although it is highlighted on our website and in booking confirmations, we’ll continue doing our best to make this as clear as possible for our customers.
