Do not book with this company- waited over 1 hour for them to pick up our car when we dropped it off. A further 40 minutes when we landed and then they arrived with a considerable amount of damage to our car. We have photos from when we left it to prove they were at fault. They refuse to answer our calls or emails! Thousands of pounds of damage. Reported to the police!

Easy to deal with, car was ready when we returned and in the condition we left it

We have used this company several times and they have been helpful and on time.Also their price is reasonable. We will definitely use them next time.

Awful - we booked and paid for parking - to be then told at 5am in the morning our booking had been cancelled - after which we had to pay for expensive long stay parking at the last minute.
On return we checked and all had been paid for and the mistake was with the company - however no compensation/apology or anything - just steer well clear

I have used this company a few times now. Never had any issues with either drop off or collection. If you time it correctly you only have to wait a couple of minutes for your car to arrive on your return journey.

We have used Simply Park and Fly multiple times and always found them reliable. This last time in June 2025, they even picked up that we were arriving at a different terminal and delivered the car to the correct terminal.

DO NOT USE. We called 30 mins before arriving as instructed and none of the mobile phone numbers worked. We had to book expensive last minute parking instead. They did refund us and said they just subcontract out the work. Too stressful and risky!!!!

I am highly disappointed in the service I received! I called the company like advised when I was approximately 30 minutes away from the area I was told to park. I had to call multiple times before someone even picked up the phone and when they did there customer service was appalling and had the phone ended on me. After this I finally got through to someone and was advised to meet them at the level 4 lifts in which we waited there for around 15 minutes and I was also trying to call multiple times to find out if someone was coming to meet us. In result to this we then went down to the terminal level and spoke to a member of security who advised us that no one was coming to meet us and park my car. At this point times ticking and we have had to pay out £120 extra for the long term car park. Eventually drove there and finally made it into the airport in which we were told we may not be able to get on our flight because we got to the airport around 1 hour 30 minutes before our flight departure. We were this late because of the hassle that come with this parking dilemma and it really ruined our whole holiday experience. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! Scammers

If I could do ZERO rating I too would do as many many others have. Paid to do park and ride with AYGO through “simply park and fly” and was a scam!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Had to find another parking company in last half hour en route to Heathrow!! Had a very suspicious text from AYGO an hour before supposedly arriving at park and ride area to be told to meet in a hotel car park!! No reply on phone and I was certainly not risking taking my vehicle to an unknown location!! NO response to my specific complaint from “simply park and fly” other than after five emails, a standard, Thankyou for your comments here’s 10% off your next booking with us!!! Hence to say this 10% won’t be used. One very unhappy customer

I made a booking and realised I’d accidentally input the wrong dates. Emailed them immediately, absolutely no response. Tried calling the customer service line, just goes to voicemail. Tried amending online , their booking portal doesn’t allow a change of dates. Basically this company is just useless when it comes to customer support. I’ve had to book elsewhere to ensure I have a parking slot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could leave zero I would. I paid £75 for parking and meet and greet. This was booked for March 7th. After I’d booked I awaited my instructions and confirmation. Nothing. I phoned - nothing but a dodgy answerphone with an American voice that did nothing but. I emailed. Nothing. On 10th March some confirmation arrived!! 3 days after I actually needed the parking. There is no way to contact these people to amend and no one answering calls. I had to rapidly book another parking company. It’d was very stressful and last minute. I have still heard nothing back from my email. I would like my money refunded before I have to go to trading standards. Thank you.

i made a mistake on my booking ( accidentally booked 1 week not 2) despite 4 emails and calling the so called customer support line but this just goes to a full mailbox. now need to wait until June to get a refund via my bank. They just don’t respond to any communication. there are 2 email addresses again neither responded. 1.5 average trust pilot reviews says it all.

I recently used this company to book parking at Gatwick Airport & upon return my front bumper was damaged on both sides of the vehicle. The driver told me to call the booking company, however their phone goes straight to voicemail & the mailbox is constantly full, so I emailed them with images of the damage. They replied & said they would contact the provider, but I’ve now been told the case is closed & it’s nothing to do with them as they are merely agents. So despite the fact I paid them, I have no recourse whatsoever.
I would never recommend or use this company again.
I have subsequently found out the third party is Sure Parking Ltd who claim the damage was pre existing as they have photos. The vehicle was dropped off at 3am on 3/4/25, but the images were dated 3/4/25 @ 10.21am. These cars are moved out of Gatwick within 15 minutes, so either the car isn’t mine or the damage was done on way to holding car park where they took the photos. The reviews for Sure Parking are all the same,vehicle damage with no redress.
The moral of the story is to take video footage of your car before leaving it in any of the airport car parks, especially the valet parking CO’s otherwise you too could face repair bills, or alternatively avoid these companies! 🙈
