Really bad communication from these people. They also advertise inaccurate shipping dates on their website. If you are ordering from these people just add +3 days so you do not get disappointed. The product is okay. I got the tool bag. It’s cute but way too many idiosyncrasy. Looks quality though.

Bonita artesanía pero nada más.
Atención nula.
Compré tres anillos para tres personas distintas, por segundo año consecutivo, y habiendo pagado tres envoltorios me mandaron los tres anillos en una sola caja.
El año pasado al menos me contestaron y me mandaron otro envoltorio aunque me llegó fuera de tiempo.
Este año es imposible contactar con ellos por mail, teléfono, SMS…no contestan.
Creo que estas empresas artesanales en cuanto entran en un mercado masivo pierden toda su esencia.
Sólo importa vender.
No volveré a comprar. Existen otras .

Ordered a ring which I never received, never received any update on and was never refunded. When I emailed multiple times to enquiry about the order, I received no response. These pieces are not cheap and the lack of customer service is shocking. What a horrible experience. Spend your money elsewhere. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered a ring from Simuero and absolutely loved it – it's one of my favorite pieces. Encouraged by that experience, I later ordered a necklace during their archive sale in January. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the stone wasn’t properly fixed and the clasp ring was extremely small, making it difficult to use.

To their credit, the Simuero team was incredibly kind and responsive. They quickly sent me a return label and fixed the stone. However, when the necklace came back, it had lost its original shine. I reached out again, and once more, their customer service was outstanding – they arranged another return and treated the piece. It came back looking slightly better.

Still, the necklace isn’t as shiny as expected and has a slightly grainy texture in the crevices. I was also told that the small clasp ring is their standard, even though I noticed in other product photos that there's a larger ring attached, which makes it more practical.

Overall, while the design is lovely and their customer service is truly one of the best I’ve encountered, the quality of this particular necklace didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price.

Great company! Hand made jewellery. Great quality. Lovely communication and emails from staff in Spain. Highly recommend.

Me encanta esta marca, son joyas especiales, con un diseño único. Compre un anillo en una pop up que hicieron en Barcelona y el trato recibido fue increíble. Tras el uso vi que el dorado se desgastaba y me puse en contacto con ellos. Me contaron que habían hecho mejoras en el proceso de chapado y me ofrecieron hacerme otro baño. Me acaba de llegar y está perfecto.
