I ordered on 7 January and I still have…
I ordered on 7 January and I still have not received. I have seen for ten days same tracking history “sender preparing item”. After this experience, I don not think to order anything with sinclairs.

We are very sorry that you have not yet received your parcel.
Royal Mail’s international export service was severely disrupted following a cyber incident on 11th January and they were temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations. This problem has now been resolved so we expect that you will receive your parcel in Turkey soon. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your parcel in the next 4 days. Once again we are sorry for the delay.

We are sorry that your parcel was not received. We can confirm that the item was collected by Royal Mail on the 16th December, tracking number RV097710544GB. We have a launched a claim with Royal Mail in an attempt to locate the missing parcel, there was a disruption in the service due to strike action over the Christmas period, this may have contributed to the item not being delivered as expected. In the meantime we have refunded you in full for the purchase.

I was kept informed of the order progress and despite postal strikes item arrived in time.
It was as described and well protected from Ny damage in transit.

Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, more companies should be like this. Tracked item from the minute it was dispatched. Considering other companies are blaming their delayed postage on Royal Mail, this company just proves that good customer service is still possible. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
Ive pretty much given up on good customer service these days, especially at Christmas, for this reason after a product issue, I left a review instead, within hours I was contacted and offered a really decent solution to the problem, one I would not normally expect and all to make sure a loved one got a perfect Christmas present. Thank you, some faith (at least with this company) is restored
