Purchase of dog bed
Very easy to order, usual confirmation email and notification of DPD delivery day. Shame it arrived a few days later than stipulated, which is why 4 star rating and not 5. Product arrived well packaged and our dog is delighted with her new bed.

Not a great experience
I had to contact Sinclairs after i waited a week and did not get an update to my order nor did I receive my order in this time. Emailed again and received the order into the 2nd week after.
Poor communication updates.
Package had been dropped as box all bashed in on one side

It took a little bit of working out how to order but once I did the team at Sinclairs were great and I received my order really quickly.

Quick delivery and super service
I ordered a particular item, it arrived in excellent condition within less than 36 hours. Unfortunately, the item was a gift which was not to the recipient's taste. Returns were simple and the refund was received within days.
Based on my experience, I would definitely order from Sinclairs again without hesitation.
