After 8 requests sent and 4 trustpilot complaints, your company chooses to ignore my emails, my messages and my refund request. You have put my 9 queries as resolved yet nothing has been resolved. You still have not responded to my emails or complaints. I want my refund
How was this resolved. I dont understand why you keep putting all these requests as resolved when none of them have been resolved. This is now the 9th message going out to you. You don't respond, you don't say anything. You ignore me and yet it is listed as resolved. How do you do this? This is horrible customer service and the worst ever.

Estafaron a mi marido me hizo una canción por esta aplicación haciendo un pago único de 1.99 por el servicio y al pasar los días le han cobrado en la tarjeta 49.95 por una suscripción oculta que él jamás aceptó , nadie me da solución hemos mandado correos y su única respuesta esque no devolverán nada que gente para pasarse de vivos quieren plata pues trabajen y no se llenen los bolsillos estafando a la gente

Very disapointed scammed client
I bought a song for 39.90 and was impressed, and paid for the song, but then weeks later you deducted R899 from my bank for a supscription I did not consent to, I followed the app and found I supscribed by your methods, I immediately stopted it on your renewal date, I have not used it, I need my money to be refunded back to me. If I use your sirvice I want to pay for just that, I dont need fraudulent supscriptions with all your fine print. I am realy a unhappy client, There are people that can not survive that scam all by just wanting someone to feel speacial, give the option to except your supscriptions dont do it so dodgy. Please fix my issue and refund, we send out around 5000 sms per day and the bottom of each one should not expose sinamemory warnings of scammers, I have been scamed

Even though my song conveyed everything that i wanted, i feel having to pay a monthly subscription is very off putting and hugely disappointing as its just too expensive. There just arent that many special occasions in a month to warrant paying R899. I wish it would remain at R39/song so i could buy as and when i need it as its more affordable. it would absolutely and most definitely attract more repeat purchases/business from myself. I sincerely wish that this is taken into consideration by the creators.
