Great customer service
I got an IPR valve and a reman HPOP for my 2006 6.0 powerstroke. The HPOP works great (just make sure you’re getting the Re-man pump) but the IPR failed after a week of driving. It has been very easy to return and they have had great customer service. They have an unlimited mile 2 year warranty.
Even though my IPR failed I’d still buy parts from them again. Just not not any HPO components unless they are Re-Man parts

I use the turbo pipes to make work trucks more reliable. I had two different trucks with 6.7 deletedPowerstroke hot side pipes fail. I bought new oem pipe, which immediately failed, first on one truck, then the other. I didn't want to spend so much, but was worth the money, because it has not failed since.

I ordered a total of two cold air…
I ordered a total of two cold air intakes one for my 2017 Cummings and one for my 2024 Cummings. My first one showed up very fast looks sounds great and gives me a lot better fuel mileage on my 2017. I decided to do a build on my 2024 and that was the last piece that I needed. I ordered it and the payment went through I watched it on my bank account they said the estimated delivery date was on July 1st, July 1st I got back on track my order and noticed it was delivered in Nebraska and I live in Maine. I went in the panic mode so I screenshot the delivery address in Nebraska the delivery guy dressed that was on the order and I sent all of those to the company. The email I got sent two to three days to make a determination it was approved and they sent me another one. Honesty and integrity go a very long ways I have a beyond grateful for for the company sending me another one. Customer service is what makes the company and you guys nailed it thank you.

It was easy to install. Did it in about 10-15 min.
It was easy to install. The only challenge I had was finding a bit to remove the cap that was already screwed into place. I had to remove it to add the third nipple for the connection. Once I did that, it was smooth sailing after that.

Poor craftsmanship
Had to purchase 2 replacement hoses due to poor craftsmanship. Shipping cost was 35 dollars each time. For a single hose in a box that would fit in your hand.
