Dear Thangamani. Thank you for taking the time and leave a review. When you send a message to parents, normally they don´t reply instantly. Even though, Sitly sends alerts and notifications at the time a message is sent, the selection process for a babysitter requires time.
We recommend you wait at least 24 hours to get a reply from the parents and write again. We also send reminders for non-responded messages to the users. Remember that the first message is also very important to create interest in your service proposal.
