Jack was super helpful in arranging public/product liability insurance although the brokers seemed slow coming back with quotes.

Arranging my house insurance was tricky and Adam at SJL was very professional in helping me obtain the cover I needed. He kept me informed and chased the underwriters on my behalf.

My insurance policy was drawn up and in my inbox in 3 short days. Fantastic policy covering exactly what I need a more, and the pricing was perfect. I was spoken to almost immediately by a very knowledgeable member of staff who was quickly able to get me the sort of insurance I required. Despite having to go to work and pick it up the next day I was kept up to date with my enquiry by email with contact numbers etc. I then had my call answered immediately the next day to complete the payment. I was very happy with the timing of everything and that staff did exactly what they had said they would do.
