A representative from Skean Homes described what they were offering, provided the opportunity to ask questions and arranged a free survey. The Surveyor showed me the issues with my current loft (which did make sense when pointed out to me), described the product being offered (breathable Icynene) and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The Icynene installer was great, a pleasant young man who did a clean, smart job in a few hours and removed (and put back) the few items that were in the loft.

This Company is truly the most honest and professional company that we have ever dealt with. After having a complete disaster with our driveway only months after being laid by another company, where there 10 year guarantee meant nothing, we were at our wits end. Thousands of pounds out of pocket and an embarrassing driveway! A friend recommended this Company and Team were so friendly and reassuring explaining what they would do to resolve the problem. The result is amazing! We now have a driveway to be proud of!

I don't need to add anything t the many positive comments already made. Only challenge was putting stuff back in the loft but as we have lived here for 38 years that was our problem - in fact it did us a massive favour as we've sent most of it to the tip! Many thanks for that too!

Simon and Ben were lovely professional guys who made sure we were happy with the layout before they started and kept us informed each day as to progress and what to expect the next day. Foam insulation completed today 29/4/22. The guys arrived on time, explained the health & safety critia very well, very polite & professional, cleaned up after themselves, & enquired if anything needed to be put back into our 2 lofts that were insulated. Very pleased with all contact with Skean Homes & would'nt hesitate to recommend this company EXCELLENT !!!!

Everything was explained fully from the beginning including all costs. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly. \we are very pleased with the end result.

We are very pleased with the service we received in the laying of our new resin drive. The work was carried out on time & the 2 workers were punctual & talked us through what they were doing at each stage.Some of the brick edging was not straight initially but this was re done to our satisfaction the next day.

Excellent work carried out by a great team of guys ,very polite and respectful ,never heard any bad language ,worked very hard on a very hot day,did not take any break’s ,lovely straight lines round metal gates only just been completed so far can’t see any problems.So yes I would highly recommend Skean Homes lovely job ,great company.

Really pleased with my new surface which is a great improvement on my original cracked and, in many places, dropped surface. The ground workers in particular worked extremely hard and all staff were polite and friendly
