Superb and patient service fitting me…
Superb and patient service fitting me in new boots. Really appreciated their guidance and time in trying me in numerous boots before finding the right pair. On the hottest day of the year I was extra grateful for a drink for the dog who was allowed in. Thanks again guys

Such a great service
Such a great, personalised service! My hubby got vouchers for his birthday for new ski boots. Booked an appointment online and came away smiling like a Cheshire Cat with perfect comfortable, moulded boots. The attention to detail whilst fitting them is incredible.
I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in skiing or boarding, whatever your level!

Ski Boot Whisperer
I found Ski Exchange (‘SE’) online when searching for Stocklis having tested them end of season in the Alps (first new pair in 20+ yrs). Purchased them online and had good comms with Andy. Had an opportunity to collect today and make a trip of it based on where we live (2hrs + each way). Due to snapped Achilles from an impromptu game of touch rugby April’25, my boot liner needed adjusting too.
Greeted by Simon and colleague at midday and the service, boot fitting knowledge, ski knowledge, were all excellent. Have NEVER had anything like it and rare in the UK. Genuinely feel like I have met the ‘Ski Boot Whisperer’.
Will definitely be returning either for myself or family and online too. Awesome business to have here in the UK. Recommend. Thank you Team SE

This company went above and beyond to fulfil a last minute order. They set up the skis for my son for his birthday and dispatched them the same day when I was let down by another retailer. The product knowledge over the phone was fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
