It was my first time going here and have nothing but good things to say! Natalie was amazing, very informative and super friendly! Will definitely be making this my regular spot for waxing.

I have been looking for a salon that offers skin lightening services to tackle the hyperpigmentation in my underarms for a while, and finally decided to try out Skin City Spa after reading all the great reviews. After my experience, I can say that those reviews are well earned. Natalie was absolutely wonderful! She took the time in the beginning to thoroughly explain the entire process, which was very much appreciated as a first timer. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in her cafe the entire time. I saw immediate results after my first session and so I booked a follow-up appointment soon after. 10/10 would recommend her services!

Previously, waxing was an intimidating experience, and it always made me nervous. Especially with Brazillian waxes, as it requires a certain degrees of trust. However, Natalie made it very comfortable and put me to ease from start to finish throughout the process. I now go to her regularly, and even brought my husband in for his waxing need.

More recently, we were going on a last minute vacation and needed to book on a short notice. Natalie notified us of a time where we can come in and made a arrangements.

It has been a pleasant experience overall.

I love that Skin City did not just start waxing. She made sure to be very informative and answer and questions I had. This in not my first time getting a Brazilian wax, however I just really felt comfortable and felt like Skin City had my but interests at heart. The best part is she used hard wax and not what the nail store was using. What was I ever thinking??? Once she began waxing I was finished in no time and that thang was cleannnn. I've found my new go to spot. No more nail salons. Skin City to the world!!!

I go to Natalie for permanent hair removal. The experience has been great with great results. Natalie is very welcoming and definitely knows what she’s doing and very knowledgeable. I’ve learned a lot of things from her too. 100% recommend.
