I heard about Skin City Spa through a friend. I’ve been going there every single month for a year and 2 months now. I travel 30-45 mins to get my Brazilian Wax done with Natalie. I got my first ever wax with her. I was so scared/ nervous my first time, but Natalie makes it such a relaxing and comfortable experience. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it was gonna be at all. Overall it’s just a very welcoming, non- judgmental environment and I recommend Skin City Spa to EVERYONE!

An amazing experience! First time visited Skin City Spa for a facial peeling. Must say that Natalie made me feel very comfortable, provided a professional service and answered all my questions after the procedure. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Natalie was very friendly and made my first time Brazilian waxing a great experience. She explained the process to me and gave me lots of helpful tips to keep and maintain my wax.

Amazing experience! Natalie is extremely friendly and professional. She is genuine and very knowledgeable about skin. The hydrating facial was awesome and Natalie’s advise on skincare is what I needed the most. I was very impressed when she spent the entire 1hr 45 mins with me without any distractions.

From getting to the location to leaving, I had a fantastic and well informed/relaxed time. Natalie is an absolute natural at what she does. She has a wonderful, deep passion for all skin types and knows her stuff in regards to what facial and facial products work for each skin type. As this was my first facial, I registered to do a simple cleansing facial. Natalie was so kind to ask me if I had any plans as she believed that I needed an acne facial treatment but knew the effects of what would happen after the treatment as I had my birthday event happening that same day. She understands pores and what exactly is needed for each layer of skin we all have. Natalie offered water before and after the session as well as a very detailed questionnaire that really gets you talking about yourself as well as your skin experience growing up to where you are currently. Not only will I be back but I plan to do many of my facials with her in the future as well as referring as many people as I can. Her place is absolutely clean and she is very punctual as my appointment was completed at the time that she stated it would be and I didn't have to wait to meet with her. As for the actual facial itself, it was such a relaxing experience that I recalled myself snoring and had Natalie confirm that fact lol. I cannot wait to go back and do an acne facial next as I have enlarged pores that definitely need to be handled with care. Lastly, Natalie has a wonderful facial selection of products that deal with various skin types for great prices. She uses them in the facial as well so you get to experience what the products actually do before purchase. Long story short, book as many facials with her as your skin will never be the same.

I get my Brazilian’s done with Natalie and she has made me feel completely comfortable while getting my wax. She explains every question I have and pays attention to detail. I love how my wax turns out every time. Highly recommend her services!

I went to SkinCity for a underarm and leg wax, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the results. Natalie makes you feel comfortable and cared for, which is way more than I can say about the past places I’ve been too. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Although this is my second visit, I enjoyed every moment of it and I already booked my next appointment. Always a pleasure to get waxed here and not leaving feeling embarrassed or in pain. Totally recommend getting waxed here.

Natalie is so down to earth and wonderful. Talking to her is so therapeutic. She's super patient with me when doing my waxes. I visit her every month and the facility is always clean. She always does such a great job and makes sure to get every hair.

As painless and as thorough as you’re going to get! Natalie is the best waxer I’ve ever been to! I come all the way from Mississauga to see her and I’ve been doing so for years! A friend recommended her to me after a bad experience at one of the chain salons I see her for a monthly Brazilian and her attention to detail to get every last hair is so appreciated! The room is very clean and the products she uses work well with my sensitive skin. I usually breakout badly after a wax which defeats the purpose of it but I’ve never broken out with Natalie. She takes care to make sure that you are comfortable and at the same time is really quick and thorough. I highly recommend her!

Did the cleanse and refresh facial and Natalie really saved my skin. It was dry and congested. But, you wouldn’t be able to tell after the hour. Wouldn’t choose another Esthie Bestie !
